I did some digging and not a single person has tested it. The closest thing I found is what I WON'T melt.
It turns out that, if you cover you home in granite, it could withstand melting from the heat.
The other problem would be the lava density. It's roughly 3.1 Tonnes be cubic meter, so the apartment complex needs to be very sturdy.
In short: cover your house in granite for safety
