i have to admit that i'm a bit disappointed by the album. even though the lyrics are (as always) insanely good, most of the songs sound pretty repetitive to me. there are a few which i remember and which i really enjoy, but out of the 31 songs, over half of them don't really convince me after the first two times listening - maybe that will still change though once some time has passed!

it's been roughly 3 weeks and i am doing alright! i finished my rough overlook of current research and theoretical framework, extracted all my data and started with my first models - which take forever to run though because i have such a big amount of data 🫠

today is still a rest day because of my ear infection & headache, but i really hope i'll feel better this upcoming week 🌸

writing my master thesis has officially begun! it's so insane to me how quickly the past 1.5 years have passed - in a few months i'll have my next degree!

i made a rough timeline/plan and have now started researching a framework for my topic as well as the current state of research which will still take a few days. i'm optimistic :)

i feel like no one really wants to hear that sleep/exercise/nutrition/hydration are major factors in treating mental health issues bc we’ve all talked to that person who thinks your depression would be cured by one good session of goat yoga or whatever but unfortunately they do help and i’m chronically annoyed about it
