I am a fan of linguistic drift:

when people use new words that are ungrammatical like happier, in order to make a sentence more efficient to say.

but I don't like it whenever people say words incorrectly or mispronounce words that are distinct, like nuclear vs nukulear.

I understand Freudian slips and I understand dyslexia and dysgraphia but I don't think it's good for people to use words wrong repeatedly because it causes them to lose meaning or add meaning where it wasn't intended causing miscommunication.

In those circumstances it's actually better to just create new words with new meanings as long as the point gets across, like inside jokes.

when someone Miss spells words while writing I understand the importance of correcting them, but I think it's kind of annoying when autocorrects making it a different word than intended because it's not considered grammatical.
