celebrating my first full week one the elliptical 30 mins/day! 🥳🥳🥳

🌱averaging about 2.5 mph. Working on keeping my heart rate at about 160-170 consistently.

🌱doing about 10 intervals of 30-40 seconds going as fast as I can (usually about 11.5 mph) to get used to get & up.

🌱 proud of my diet being mostly protein, veggies some carbs, and fiber w low sugar.

🌱down abt 2 lbs.

🌱 calves hurting so im stretching more but the endurance and tone are shining ✨
