The application for the summer edition of our fanzine are open for all artists and authors who wishes to participate !

I will be accepting as many people as i can once again so give it a try :)

‼️THESE ARE OPEN FOR 3 WEEKS UNTIL THE 8th OF APRIL ‼️

Please note that everyone will have the entirety of may and june to work on their part and send them to me (subject to change, delay is acceptable in some cases), e-mail will be send before the end of april to garante that everyone got into the discord by may !

For now we are planning an August release for the fanzine, may vary depending on how everything goes.

IT'S HERE ! Our very first edition of this brand new MCSM Fanzine is available to download for everyone on the neat little link below !

With a total of 78 pages, this fanzine gathered 37 people from the community for one big edition full of art, writing and love :D

Don't forget to support all the artists/authors who worked on this zine ! They all worked hard and did an amazing job at bringing this project to life.

You can be sure more will be made in the future, to give everyone who didn't make it in a chance . Who knows maybe we can make the next edition an even bigger thing than this one ?

Thank you all for you patiente and trusting me with this project , this is the best way for me to show my appreciation for this community !

Last but not least, let's not forget about the amazing authors who also participated in the zine ! This little fic snippet is by @fissiparous and our longest one in the zine too !

Hi, if it’s okay to ask will the fan zine be a digital copy?? When will it be released?

The fanzine will indeed be a digital copy. For as to when it will release it will depend on a lot of factors but for now the artist deadline is set at early December so a release at the end of the month/early January could be expected :)

As expected the theme for this zine will be Winter ! The season might not have started yet but by the time this zine should be ready, it will have been around for a bit now ! I hope this very vast theme will bring joy and ideas to everyone.

Either it be hot cocoa near the fireplace, snow on the horizon or even christmas itself, everything goes as long at is takes place during the season !

Ounce the two weeks are over I will go over every application to get as much people into this zine ! E-mails will be send and all that boring stuff <3

Keep in mind that things will have to be discussed in between participant when this phase will be over, we wouldn't want everyone to choose the same character and setting ): (as lovely as that still would be)

I will do my best for this to go smoothly, everyone is welcome to be patient and polite with me, don't be mean !

For anyone wondering you will have until december 1st to finish your pieces but this time limit can and will change if anyone needs it ! It is merely temporary for now to give me an idea of what's to come.

Yay it's over for the form <3 thank you to the 33 people that filled them !! That's a lot !!!

Hi ! There Is indeed an option for writers in the zine ! You can even do both if you are really motivated but writers are more than welcome to participate.

I have to thank everyone who voted so far ! I didn't expect so many poeple to be interested, i'll have to sort out all the details for this zine to become a reality.

- What is a Fanzine ?

A fanzine is exactly what you think it is, a zine made by fans around a common interest. It usually involve using cheap materials to make a very limited number of copies to distribute to the world, but here it won't be the case, as this zine will be fully digital. Being inspired from our neighboor minecraft fandoms it will also involve a theme for everyone to respect, one that will be choosen later if this goes further than just this post.

- Who can participate ?

If there is enough interest, application form will be made for everyone to fill in ! Everyone is welcome to add a piece of their own wether it is fanfiction, art (digital or paper) or even 3d renders. (Number of people being able to participate may be limited, nothing is set for now !)

Please do tell if you are interested ! Reblogs are greatly appreciated <3 If there are any questions, my asks are open (or you can simply comment) (be aware this is very stressful for me, but the motivation for this to happen is greater c:)

Please vote for the french option only if you commonly speak the langage, as it would make things easier for me in terms of communication. I may regret adding that option, but i think its funny.
