Hello!! I'm really enjoying all the Apprentice AU has to offer, and wanted to ask somewhat of a world-building question. In each of the Prime Houses, are there different divisions/jobs the apprentices can have (presumably excluding Prima, since Orion is the only apprentice there)? For example, in House Solus, are there apprentices who craft/build weapons, others who attend to weapon maintenance, and still others who gather materials for weapons? (The post with TFA Megatron and Optimus is what sparked this curiosity for me!) Thanks for taking the time to read and answer this!! <3

Yeah that’s the case!

I mentioned somewhere that Windblade is also under Solus Prime but she’s a weapon designer/tester and probably runs a hoplology class unlike TFA Megatron who’s an entrepreneur. The apprentices probably started out being taught the same thing but they are more likely to branch out and find their own roles later on

I’m sorry if this sound like an odd or stupid question but I was wondering after reading through your post and comments I was wondering over time dose D-16 realise that sometimes that Orion doesn’t drag him into doing much like he use to? (Especially now that he found out that Orion doesn’t see much of Prima?)

Orion still drags him around, it's just not during his classes. Orion has always yoinked him at random time of the day so he didn't really feel off. What matters is that he and Orion still hang out

Ngl I've rlly been intrigued by seeing some examples of the characters daily rountines, and was hoping if you could give a couple examples of how some of your major characters go on with their daily lives (ex. schedules, classes, sessions)

I don't have the time nor the brainpower to figure out their whole schedules and timetables but I think I can give some vague descriptions?

Elita-1: Her schedule is more strict and more consistent than D-16. I imagine House Maximo to actually be like... actually military level sched so she's up early, training, study, occasional field work and she's assigned to guide newcomers of the Academy sometimes. Sometimes she'd spar with D-16 and catch up

Jazz: Jazz's routine is a bit more unpredictable. He has to travel a lot, seeing new places, meeting new people, and report back. He's an appointed cultural investigator and is usually accompanied by other apprentices on these trips. He loves taking pictures and notes so he can show Orion whenever he comes back

Prima: Prima's leads the church so the followers always have matters to discuss with him but they're not the only ones. Any important decisions will also have to go through him so the other Primes often request to see him as well. He'd spend time with Orion here and there but whatever he does in his leftover free time is a mystery, he does have a garden that he loves going to tho.

Megatronous' I think it's kinda easy to imagine, that's a whole hero and general of Iacon

I just think about the AU in my free time and I dun really write so I'm sorry if this sounds like blah blah property name place name backstory stuff lmao

Hi hi!!! I love your art and au!! Your au is one of the reasons I'm getting into Transformers and I love it and hope to draw fanart once I learn how to draw mechs^^

I especially love the designs of Orion, Tfa Optimus and Tfp Orion, but I have a small question.

Your art with Sg Dee and SG Orion got my brain tingling lol so I wanted to ask, what would your interpretation of Noblespark and Dpax shattered glass version be like in apprentice au?

Hmm… It’s a lot of hate and manipulation going around I’d say. Everyone has a level of evil to them except D-16, Megatronous is trying to make him a ruthless warrior but he’s a good spark who’s just trying to do good, Orion thinks that’s naïve but admires him for it (he wants to protect him but he wouldn’t say so). Prima would be openly treating Orion like a toy and Orion would hate him

A more simplistic way to put it... Do we have your permission to make little *what if* scenarios in your world building, as long as we make it obvious that it *isn't* canon to your stuff, and that it's YOUR original idea. This has been asked before but it’s alright! I generally don’t like to give Transformers age because it just… doesn’t exist or matter. A lot of bots in the war were like an hour old and already fighting, that’s how I see these guys as well tbh

Also I don’t like to police what people can do with them in that aspect. Example: I likely wouldn’t draw NSFW of my dpax but if people want to, they can. It’s something like that

Ok just for curiosity's sake.

What would happen if Two primes wanted to recruit the same apprentice?? For example: Alpha and Zeta wanted to recruit X as an Apprentice.

Would there be a way for it to be chosen, will they let the apprentice decide Wich house they want to be under? Or is it something else.

I’ve answered this before but yes the apprentice will be the one choosing in the case of getting offered from more than one Prime

I don't know how "Conjuxncing" really works but, it would be funny or idk cute if when doing it, each one wears a garment from the other's house (+ plus the original one from each one).

The garment rule once again is a made up thing between apprentices, it's not official, it's not a part of any rite or anything. Plus only Apprentices would have these garments, it definitely would not be a universal rite

Saw your post and asks about Epic The Musical. If you could create a Transformers animatic to any of the songs which would it be?

(Answer can be as detailed as you want. You can literally name only the song, which would be kind of funny. This is also one of those questions that’s completely imaginary and where stuff like time and effort doesn’t matter.)

Almost all the songs are very events and characters specific, it's nearly impossible for me to be immersive imagining them as something else

Re your poll - honestly? To me its Megs&D because you asked for our favorite mentor/apprentice pair. And Zeta&Sentinel are such a pair to me, and so are Megs&D. But Prima and Orion feel a lot less like student and teacher but rather like someone who picked up a stray, cleaned it up and keeps it as a pet and while that can be interesting (and is interesting) as a relationship it doesn't actually feel like a mentor and their apprentice. Honestly, I can see both Megs and Zeta teaching D and Sentinel. With Prima and Orion I'm always reminded of someone picking up their cat when they're alone/bored and petting it or maybe putting a bow on it to take a photo for Instagram. Totally different vibe. (Though I'm pretty sure it's Megs&D over Zeta&Sentinel because we've seen more of them and especially D. Might be different if there was more focus on Sentinel)
