Just found out on Twitter that J.K Rowling knows MBTI and actually identifies as an INFJ and not a INFP like everybody else thought. Also through this stupid MBTI chart she admitted that Remus Lupin’s personality type is actually ENFJ! and Dumbledore is INFJ! It’s new Canon! Can’t believe the internet hasn’t exploded yet! :O Am I the only one who is mindblown by this?

Hello! I am a INFJ male and any tips on dating ENFP? She and I are suppose to go on a date/ hang out, and I really really really like her and I don't want to screw this up. It looks like odds are against us because we are so different but I know INFJ and ENFP are one of the ideal matches. What can I do to make make the relationship harmonious between us?

Awwww this feeling is so great and excited (and very very scary) in the beginning. First of all good luck. I hope everything goes/went great. :D 

What I advice you for the most part if just please be yourself. We ENFP’s love you. We love how mysterious you are and cute, silly, moral and awesome you are . :) 

I would definitely not say the odds are against you! Your functions are a perfect mirror of each other. ENFP: Ne-Fi-Te-Si and INFJ: Ni-Fe-Ti-Se. This is for the most part very good :) You could say you’re like an ENFP on the inside and she is like a INFJ on the inside. :) You should be able to compliment each other well. The only thing I feel that clashes the most is probably Fi vs. Fe. 

Fe can sometimes look at Fi as a very selfish or self-absorbed function. INFJ’s can be very emotional in a way but a bit differently than ENFP’s. We (ENFP’s) are better at understanding our own feelings than INFJ’s understand theirs and sometimes can become quite absorbed in them. Then we basicly need you to hug us and tell us that everything is all right. INFJ’s can sometimes get tired of this part of ENFP’s (or INFP’s for that matter) if they find them to lost in their own feelings. This may seem selfish for them because the seldom get as lost in their own feelings (They might get lost on the feelings of others though). But being one of the most patient of people you can handle that just fine. :) Just be there for her. :) She want’s to feel you on her side.

More tips: 

Use your creativeness and go to adventures with her.

Listen to her, show her that you are interested in what she has to say.

Be romantic.

Try to keep her Ne happy. :)

ENFP: (at work) I'm soooo hungry and tired INFJ. Can you please get me something to eat.

INFJ: (looks at the time, is also at work) Yeah I can manage. What would you like?

ENFP: I don't knoooow. I'm hungryyy.... well ok. I want an energy drink.

INFJ: You drink way to much of this junk. Come on, choose something else. Didn't you say you were hungry?

ENFP: Hmmm how about a yoghurt AND an energy drink?

INFJ: Not a chance. Choose something else to drink ENFP.

The moment you said “I love you” and I didn’t want to believe I was hearing the right thing. I felt surreal, like I was floating up and I couldn’t feel my body at all for a time which felt like 30 minutes. Then I finally mumbled “I love you too”, hoping that what I’d heard hadn’t only been my imagination. I think I’ve never felt that giddy, ever.

Written Communication vs. Verbal Communication: Explaining how MBTI works to people

This is me all the way. I’m pretty good at writing essays but if I try to explain what I was writing about there is no way I can explain it so people can actually understand me. Same when people ask me about MBTI. Verbally it seems almost impossible for me to explain. xD Ne+Fi I suspect + my ADD. My INFJ is really good at explaining things to people and simplifying it so it’s understandable. (Ni+Fe doing good) He has saved my pride so many times.
