basically, Second Life-based social media that allows adult content! it's definitely welcome after Flickr disallowed Moderated and Adult content by non-paid users.

like Twitter it does have its limits, four images per post, but there's a public gallery and discovery features you can browse, and of course, it is purely for Second Life stuff and nothing else, so that's cool.
