I don't usually post headcanons here but eff it we ball
The average laplace meeting would 100% end up like a call of duty lobby if there wasn't any interverence, like the meeting could be discussing like budget cuts or something and the next second everyone is swearing and cursing eachother while some are asking the people that are cursing to shut up. Every department head just yelling about some hindrance or something (medpoc especially)
The only time a meeting won't end like that is when someone else (usually the foundation) has other news to minimize everyone yelling at each other basically.
I feel like enigma would be so tired and wonder how lucy even managed to deal with all of this lol.
(I know its kinda cannon but ehh who cares)
