This is something I see a lot of newer players don't know so I figured I'd make a post to talk about it:

If you're in a dungeon and the DPS is going ahead of the tank and pulling mobs ahead of them, this is NOT a bad thing.

Nine times out of ten if a DPS is pulling mobs it's cause they know what they're doing. Sure, they might just be getting themselves killed, but most of the time it's so they can:

Help the tank to pull faster

Take a few autos instead of the tank to help with mit, ideally using their personal mit to act as a mini-tank

Use Arms Length to give the tank free mit

Or they're just bored in dungeon content and know that doing this won't kill them so might as well keep holding W

Point is, they're doing this for a reason. That reason can range anywhere from genuinely being a great help to the tank to feeling that the tank is going too slow, but it's a reason.

Not healing them or going YPYT on them does NOT have a good reason, and is just you being an asshole.

My friend uses a VPN to stay safe on the internet whilst at work and they think that might be why their blogs keep getting terminated. This is a really sad and frustrating situation but I hope sharing this information might help others avoid and resolve similar ones.
