Bat Cave!

It has been a while but lots of progress on the zoo has been made!

FIrst up, we have the bat cave!

This was a tedious build because this bridge/hill was not her originally and I had to build it ensuring enough room and ability to properly proportion a cave below and allowing a bridge above it.

Regardless, I love this little build, something so simple was great to build during exam season for me just to relax during my studies.

There are 6 bats present each with their own names ofc.

Today I learned that several minecraft series' are classed as tv series/programmes on google, not sure if this was common knowledge or what but here we are (some are also classed as animated series)

I was just rewatching empires because it's everything to me and now i have no idea what I planned on searching for 😭

Insect Tent!

New addition to the zoo is an insect tent!

This was incredibly difficult because I really wanted it to be on a diagonal (which im sure if you've played minecraft you'd know building anything on an angle is difficult) but I think I got it? I will probably changing little bits of it as time goes on because thats just my perfectionistic brain but i think it came out well.

Not sure if im going to keep it purple, any feedback would be appreciated!

and as per request all the insect has their own name!

First exhibit!

The following is an update to my current project of making a zoo on a minecraft server with my friends!

This is a flamingo exhibit with a viewing area located above the sandy and rocky enclosure with a large pool of water as an attempt replicate the biomes that flamingo's are found in. There are 12 flamingos in the enclosure (all with individual names as per request by a friend)
