"اتخاذ القرار مش رفاهية.. هو نمط حياة"
كتير بنتكلم عن القرارات ��كأنها مواقف استثنائية، بنقف عندها ونفكر ونحتار. لكن الحقيقة اللي يمكن مش بنتكلم عنها كفاية، هي إننا طول الوقت بناخد قرارات، حتى من غير ما نحس. حتى اللي بيقرر ما يعملش حاجة، هو في الحقيقة أخد قرار… قرار "عدم الفعل".
المشكلة مش إننا مش بنعرف ناخد قرارات، المشكلة الحقيقة بتبدأ لما ما نكونش واعيين بأننا بنختار، أو لما نختار حاجة مش منسجمة مع اللي إحنا عايزينه فعلًا أو مرتاحين له بصدق.
القرار الصح مش دايمًا هو اللي الناس كلها هتتفق عليه، ولا اللي شكله مثالي، لكن هو القرار اللي متوافق مع عقليتك، قيمك، وإيقاع حياتك دلوقتي. ومع أي تغيير حقيقي في نمط حياتك أو طريقة تفكيرك، هتلاقي نوعية قراراتك بتتغير بشكل تلقائي وسلس… كأنها بتمشي لوحدها معاك، من غير توتر أو صراع داخلي.
القرار مش لحظة، القرار طريقة تفكير، ووعي، وتوازن. ولما توصل للنقطة دي، هتلاقي نفسك بتختار كل يوم… من غير ما تضغط على نفسك، ومن غير ما تحس إنك تايه.
لو وصلت للنهاية… خد لحظة وفكّر: إيه آخر قرار خدته من غير ما تحس؟ وهل كنت واعي بيه؟
