I had quite possibly the best contest I've ever done
IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!
It was! Also we did so well we not only guaranteed the Hall can stay open, but also can afford an upgrade!

I took Luxie to a contest, and they wanted to try the Toughness Circuit. So I entered them, and they're a natural! First place right out of the gate!

Well, the poffin's been mixed, and it worked! Luxie's now a normal (though talking) Aerodactyl, with no risk of accidentally draining anyone
Also I had some issues with my own Rotomblr blog so I'll be posting on my boyfriend's for now - Ana

Stanley's Bronzong goes over to them, then back to Stanley, and Warbler speaks.
No. It does not seem to be the case. Starf Berries are just supernaturally powerful, and, it would seem, natively growing on the Worm's corpse.
Well let's take what we need from here. Once we're home it shouldn't be too hard to just grow these
So VermilineCorp They're a corporation that has become enormous, so big that they own vast swaths of territory across the multiverse and hold more power than any nation. And that power has corrupted them about as much as you'd expect a company of that size to be, and then far more. A list of their misdeeds would be too long to read in any mortal being's lifetime, I believe. Among the most relevant would be creating and mass-producing Oppy's people as slave laborers, and as you've seen, experimentation with various creatures.
We Incursionists do all we can to stop them and help mend the harm they cause when we encounter them. We do all sorts of things as necessary, like attack guard movements, break machines, stop troop advancements, protect their victims, and most of all free any shifters we find. I haven't personally crossed swords with them, but if and when I do, I'll do all I can to fight them
@essential-receptacle ( Stanley (curly text is Warbler the Chingling, Green is Ana (RIP to @reformed-revival))
oh hey yeah I remember oppy… anything I can do to help?

Sure! I just wanna be helpful since, y'know, you're keeping me out of that awful pillar.
3 flights later, Anastasia, August, and Stanley are on top the island. Atop it, is a small plant of Starf berries, each one ripe and ready.
Behind them, the fog clears, revealing, behind them, an enormous landmass like a giant pillar reaching impossibly high. They do a double take upon seeing it - it looks exactly like Quantuvour. No, wait - it IS Quantuvour
's corpse, having turned to a new continent by Quasar before the Astronaut Lost disappeared.

Luxie, getting used to their new body for most of this journey, finally flies up and hovers before the 3 of them.
I can fly us! I think I'm ready to try helping!

It's slow going, but they eventually reach it - the farthest point from any land on the map. Only now there is land here, somehow. They wouldn't have found it had Rairai not bonked into the side of the small island through the fog
The island is tall and flat, like a great plateau. If we didn't know any better, we'd say it was shaped like the underside of a great fang, the pointy end apparently anchored into the ocean floor impossibly far below.

So where to look first... Shame Gamzee's on an Incursion... wait I can text him!
Stanley shakes his head jokingly, still making heart eyes despite his gf's ineptitude with modern tech.
Incursionist Chatroom: Ana: @Gamzee Hi Gamzee so I need to know: what's the strongest berry you know how to get? Gamzee: ThAt WoUlD bE a StArF bErRy. SaId To Be A mIrAgE sEaLeD aT tHe WoRlD's EdGe Ana: The world's edge, huh? Wow… Clara: You could try looking at the place farthest from any land Ana: Good thinking Clara!
I think I know where we're going!

...Luxie? What's going on?
Hm? ...oh! I can explain! I am a being called a Heliobus. We lack physical bodies and feed off the sensations and emotions of mortals. Often we can't help but gorge ourselves, causing the mortals we possess to take bigger and bigger risks looking for emotion. That's why we're sealed inside Fyxestoll Garden. But after possessing that rock, I became this creature, and after eating those treats this form became more stable and I don't feel as hungry for emotions anymore!
So perhaps if we could find a poffin strong enough, it could bind you to that form for good and remove the need to consume sensation!

Well for now, since we don't really have a reliable way to hit V-Corp, we really only fight them on an on-encountered basis.
A rustling in Ana's bag attracts her attention. She turns to see Luxie with their head in the bag going through Ana's poffin case. THey look up with a guilty expression (for an Aerodactyl)
...sorry they just smelled really good
Something's amiss with Luxie though - they seem more... stable as an Aerodactyl than they were before

At that moment the wardens recieve a transmission from someone that sounds suspiciously like Shaak Ti
Pardon me, Wardens of Fyxestoll, but I've heard tell of a dangerous Heliobus on Palpagos causing several rampages through the system. I'm requesting the situation be handled immediately
"Uh... right away ma'am"
The wardens leave

What's the matter? I just want to play
It then turns to look at them
Do you want to play with me?

Stanley wants you to know that Ana had in fact been in Hisui for the better part of 10 years before Stanley arrived, and that even if she had fallen just before him, he still loves her with his whole heart
hey, Stanley, do you know binary?

Stanley my Man how's Hisui going?
@that-one-poison-trainer
Well we're not on Hisui at present. We're currently in Sinnoh with Anastasia. But that's well. Ana's become fascinated with Contests
(I love my awesome girlfriend so much)
