Another day, another pokemon left here from Wonder Trading. Ugh.

Luckily this one was freshly caught (as most tend to be, I've found). It being released was probably more of a disappointment than anything. This clefairy did have a very wild day, though.

Completely forgot I made this until my friend reminded me. Been swamped with work as of late, and the blizzards aren't helping. I've heard some horror stories about wonder/surprise trading but that honestly has nothing on the egg trades that have gotten popular in Sinnoh.

My friend wandered around the house and didn't sense any ghosts, which doesn't surprise me. The ghosts usually like to stick to the trails and camping spots to terrorize trainers. Since it's winter, and no one in their right mind would be out wandering around the wilderness in winter, the ghosts are sticking to the old chateau at the other end of the forest.

But, good news! My friend said the lucario isn't giving off anxious or angry energy, so I'm not in danger! He suggested the lucario is excited to see me, but knows I don't enjoy being grabbed or touched suddenly, so it just stands there and stares until I pet him instead.

Either that, or it's because I always greet my friend and his pokemon with poffins when they visit, and the lucario is waiting for his poffin.

I think my favorite thing about humans is our absolute refusal to give up. I'd argue it's also our biggest flaw, but we probably wouldn't have the relationship we do with pokemon if we gave up trying to befriend and study them so long ago.

I'll absolutely talk to my friend about meditation, though the malevolent spirit thing has me more concerned. Probably just a ghastly or something, but by Giratina's shadow I hate dealing with those.

Thank you for the advice! If the ghost hunting doesn't pan out I guess I just got bad vibes and should meditate more.

So now that I'm here, lucario owners, what the fuck does it mean when you keep waking up to your friend's lucario staring at you from the doorway?

By the way this is how I've been alerted to my friend visiting for the past five times (and woke up to every morning during his stay). I have not had a chance to greet this man normally in almost a year. The lucario keeps breaking out of his pokeball to do this. My friend says it's fine but is it really? Do I have to be concerned about this pokemon attempting to aura sphering me out of my own house one day?

So, uh, hi? My friend/ex-rival talked me into making this blog. Quite honestly, I had no idea this place existed. Then again I've been off the grid for the past half decade or so and outright avoided social media beforehand anyway.

I run a rehabilitation center in Sinnoh that specializes in pokemon who've been abandoned or injured by humans. Feel free to send an ask, but I recommend contacting your local rangers and pokemon center if it's time sensitive or related to an injured pokemon you have.

I go by she/they pronouns. Just call me whatever variation of my username you prefer. I'm also suspicious that a lot of you might be from parallel universes, so if you guys have:

-Baby pokemon that don't automatically evolve upon reaching adulthood

-Levels

-"Trade" or "Friendship" evos

-Pokemon that are allowed to participate in battle as soon as they hatch

You are not from my universe. Mine works on different rules, as you can see. Please don't ask me for advice on things unless you are from my universe, I do not want to risk something bad happening to you, or your pokemon, because the advice I gave doesn't work in your universe.

While I've worked closely with rangers and Professor Rowan all my life, I am obviously not an expert in all Pokemon. Especially in pokemon not native to Sinnoh. I may not be able to help you with species-specific stuff, but I can try. The worst you'll get out of me is an "idk, ask your local pokemon center/professor".

That being said I am happy to explain how things in my universe works, and just chat in general.
