Goodbye. I commissioned this lovely art from the amazing @hippano when I felt that perhaps TRoS might split the fandom, and the last scene of the movie might be Finn and Rey, having confessed their love for each other on Tatooine, had to say goodbye to each other for different reasons - Rey to restart the Jedi and Finn to discover his family and his burgeoning force skills. But that it would only be a temporary goodbye until they could meet again and be together always. I didn’t think it would be a goodbye to fandom.
But it is. As of now, this blog is on permanent hiatus. I’d like to thank all my followers for your support over the years and all the artists whom I commissioned who were so incredible in depicting the love of Finnrey. I wish things could have ended differently for Finn and Rey and for us. May the Force Be With You, Always.
