it's Bub, you can find his springlock suit in the Fazbear Project area (which is mock-up of FNAF 1 pizzeria) while going for the true ending before going to the Murray Mansion

which is also probably the same character as the dog suit from the movie, which everyone assumed to be called Sparky, but doesn't actually have an official name yet

The dog couldn't be Roxy- she's a wolf in name and physicality- and Foxy is, obviously, a fox!

It could just be Steel Wool poking fun at the Sparky hoax or just adding a random sixth option but who really knows?! We certainly don't and probably won't for a while (until the next game at least.)

Though I will say, the FNAF franchise rarely does anything on accident, so there is a chance, however small, that this dog means something to the lore of whatever is to come in the future.
