What’s fun about that scene (to me) is that the guys seem to forget she’s there until she tells them to stop, and until she tells them to stop, she just sits back and enjoys the view. I like the gal being in control and the full bisexuality of it

i think she'd also love the control she has over her boys, too; if you've watched challengers, you'll understand what i mean when i say that scar is patrick and grian is art. patrick and art were both down so tremendously bad for tashi and they rivaled for her attention. but she was most excited, most turned on, when they focused their attentions on each other, ie that scene of her watching them make out, her telling them early on that she just, "wants to watch good tennis," and that final set of the movie, where she was shaking from how excited she was. gem absolutely encapsulates tashi with how she interacts with scar and grian at times, but i also think those roles aren't necessarily set in stone.

i can see just as easily a hungry-eyed grian pushing for more, more, more from two people who have enraptured his attention, because in his mind, there's nothing better than watching two people he wants to fuck fuck each other. or scar, with that same fever, but tinged in desperation, needing to see them entwined in front of him, feel their bodies, hear the sounds, hot and heavy and wanting to put on a show for him.

it's fun because he avoids the topic like he's hiding something

i think he is a deeply repressed queer man, who is realising what he likes later in life – making connections from his childhood and young adulthood of, "ah, that's what that meant; oh, that's what i wanted," – and doesn't really know what to do with the attraction he feels since he doesn't have the opportunity to truly explore his sexuality in a safe way that he knows of.

and i think realising he is queer in his environment would make him more lonely, than less. these lightbulb moments wouldn't be welcome, because it feels like another part of his life he lost

staying with the theme of REPO, the game already provides us with fun death features, like being able to watch other players while dead.

scar hates dying, hates having to sit back and stew while his teammates revive him, which makes total sense. but everyone dies in the game; it happens. yet, when he spectates, scar always has his eyes on gem. he is always watching her, listens in to her conversations and references those same topics right back to her face once he's alive.

and gem notices, how can she not? these are specific things she's mentioning that scar is also in the know about, so of course, she realises he watches her while he's dead. she doesn't mention it directly, because, why would she? it's a fun little secret they share, a bit they can keep up to torment the others.

of course, secrets can be discovered and exploited for a bit of fun.

gem's chatting aimlessly while scar watches her, only half paying attention as she scurries deep into the mansion. (he died one extraction ago in front of the others, but grian had pulled his head off at the last minute, claiming scar didn't earn the right to come back yet. he's been nettled ever since.) neither notice, but gem is being followed closely by grian; silent and foreboding and turning his other cheek to the valuables as he creeps along the walls, following her at a healthy distance.

it's when she's pulling out a wad of cash from a stray cupboard that grian makes his presence known; sidles up right against her back, hooking his chin over her shoulder, and wrapping one of his arms around her middle. scar startles just as badly as she does, but her surprised yelp is quickly stifled by his quick hand, his palm easily covering her mouth, his fingers lightly digging into her cheeks.

"hey, gem," he says, and oh, scar recognises that sultry voice he's putting on, watching with bated breath as grian dips his head down and kisses her neck. "where'd my princess go? staying away from the cart?"

the hand on her stomach starts to wander up and she lets out a soft sigh, appearing to relax heavily against his body. then her dozing eyes dart open and gem starts to speak against his skin.

grian's grip loosens over her mouth and she weakly says, "we can't – scar's watching," as she sways in his hold, as if even she isn't fooled by her last call for propriety.

grian looks around, as if trying to find scar's gaze and slowly, maniacally, a smile spreads across his face. "that's the fun part," he replies and tilts her head back so he can kiss her proper.

Scar was extra gay in that repo stream, extra gay for Grian specifically. Calling him a big hot, mentioning his selfies/modeling, whatever the heck was happening in game, very into getting pushed of a cliff by GRIAN, getting jealous of gem. WHAT WAS UP WITH HIM

I think his problem is he's jealous but he doesn't know who of. He's wants Grian, but Gem is taking up all his time. He wants Gem, but Grian's always on her mind.

they absolutely should!! i definitely see where you're getting at too; sometimes the repo streams can be hard to watch from scar's pov, cus he dies a lot. he misses out on so many bits when he dies, especially now that skizz has gotten better at the game and stays alive 😭😭 it sucks soo much. i miss when they were all mid at the game a little bit, even though i also love watching gem lock in
