i know this means absolutely nothing to most people but basically all of the little web game things I've made recently (angels in automata, hex plant growing game, d.a.n.m.a.k.u., life music, sudoku land, the metroidvania style map editor, etc etc etc) are all entirely self-contained individual client-side html files that can be downloaded and run offline and have literally no libraries or frameworks or dependencies, because i'm an insane woman who enjoys hand coding my input handling and display code from scratch in vanilla js and having it all live in one single html file with the game logic and the page structure and the page style all just living and loving together side by side in a universal format that can be run by any web browser on any devixe. i'll even include image files as base64 data-uri strings just to keep every single asset inside the one file.

Etho Is Kakashi

Here we go, the long awaited essay.

I am thinking about making this an AU of mine, if y’all want to know more about this AU, do send me asks! I have all the time in the world for yall :)

Etho Slab and Kakashi Hatake. One is a goof and the other one is a killer. But which one am I talking about? I hereby propose a theory that Etho is Kakashi, and the other way round. In this essay I am going to talk about how they resemble each other in their hobbies, level of IQ, personality and physical abilities.

About their hobbies, Kakashi may say he has “a lot of hobbies”, well, we all know he loves reading his smutty trilogy, Icha Icha Series. I’m joking. Kakashi likes to invent and study jutsus, and that was how he invented Chidori, the signature move of his. Etho, on the other hand, loves making redstone circuits. He also created a well-know circuit that changed how redstone engineers do their circuits, the Etho Clock.

With their high level of IQ, we can say both of them are geniuses. With that Chidori and Etho Clock, and their ability to come up with strategies against enemies or redstone circuits that actually works, we can totally see that their levels are the same as each other. We can totally see it from all the missions Kakashi has led and all those redstone contraptions (esp the Nexus) from Etho’s Let’s Play and Hermitcraft.

As for their personalities, both of them are calm and collected, sometimes goofy and a troll, always able to make shenanigans when they want to and get away with it.

Some people may disagree with me, saying that Kakashi is cold to others at the start, comparing to Etho who is a chill person, but i believe that it is because of their occupations. As a shinobi, Kakashi will not be opening up to strangers when they first meet and therefore be more aware and cautious about the environment he is environment. As for Etho, he is a Minecrafter, there is less hatred and drama in that world and therefore trust the Hermits he is in the world with!

Etho may not have the all mighty Sharingan in his left eye, but both Kakashi and him are really good at taijutsu (hand to hand combat and melee weapon combat), Kakashi is a S-rank Hokage shinobi, and Etho has won a lot of UHCs. This proves that Etho has the ability to be an actual ninja, an assassin. Their fighting styles are also similar, Kakashi travels quickly with body flicker technique during combat, which we can correspond to Etho using enderpearls swiftly.

To conclude, I firmly believe that Etho is Kakashi and the other way round. With all the evidences i have listed in the essay, this proves that Kakashi is Etho.
