   she’d caught a glimpse of the paper taped to the pretty blonde’s back and just couldn’t help but to snicker a little under her breath. lips turned into a smile with eyes bright as they turned up to look at the other her shoulders lift gently. “wasn’t me. gotta give them credit though, it’s old school, but still funny.” kieran stated with a lightness to her tone, phone still in hand as she aimlessly scrolled over through instagram.

evelyn chuckled, before gently reaching toward her back and pulling it off. “i’d say the only thing impressive about this was that they managed to get it ON me.” she stated in surprise. “maybe i’m being hazed.” she joked, her voice laced with sarcasm. “is hazing still a thing? i thought we left it back in the early 2000′s, in all those damn cliche high-school movies.” she paused. “speaking of movies, hopefully they have quite the collection here for us to binge on.” she sighed, pouring herself a glass of the wine she had grabbed earlier. she sauntered around and let her finger run along the edges of furniture. “i’m evelyn by the way.” she spoke before taking a sip. “oh, my apologies — did you want a glass, doll?”

maybe it was their eternal optimism shining through or their inability to hate pranks but aleah was laughing at the idea of the kick me sign. eyes lifted toward the pretty blonde girl, she shook her head. “can’t say it was me, you’d not only hear me coming but i can’t exactly reach from down here.” gesturing to the chair in which they were rolling around in. more snickering, the smaller girl held her hand out for the sign that was placed on the other’s back. the idea of such a simple trick was deeply amusing for them. attention back on the other, she smiled at them. “aside from what i think it a very amusing joke, are you okay?”

she directed her gaze towards the anonymous voice, a soft scoff leaving her lips. “i would have found it amusing if it were actually funny.” she grabbed the piece of paper and held it up with her dainty index finger and thumb. “this—this was just tasteless. even a child in juinor high could have done much more than this weak scribbling.” the blonde shrugged, before letting it fall onto the nearby table. evelyn snickered a bit, finding aleah’s laugh contagious. “i’m fine, thank you.” she paused, before holding out her hand. “i’m evelyn by the way.”

“you’re welcome, darling,” she teases the other before sliding into the bar stool near the kitchen counter, her face being held up by the palm of her hand as she watches the other. “didn’t have the best classmates, hm? not that it’s an insult, but did you go to one of those high class boarding schools? like with the shitty uniforms and everything?” once the second glass was poured, clara reaches out to quickly take a sip, nodding her head in a pleased manor before drinking some more, “it’s for clara hoffman, some hot chick who thinks she’s the shit. what about you, babe?” 

“oh gosh, am i THAT transparent?” she joked. “but yes, right on the dot. it was tricky trying to find every possible loophole around those damn uniforms. where’s the self-expression us students so rightfully deserve?” she took a sip from her glass, her crimson lipstick leaving behind a stain. “i can fully agree wholeheartedly that you’re definitely no toe-up. one of the prettiest bettys i’ve seen. is your nose real? it’s too cute to be true.” the blonde brushed her honey curls behind her ear and squinted her eyes, examining and admiring clara’s nose. “i’m evelyn --- evelyn winters.”

seeing as clara didn’t have much to pack in the first place, picking a room and throwing her bag on the bed made this ‘moving in’ process a hell of a lot easier than it might be for most. heading downstairs to raid the kitchen of any fancy liquor they might have, she came across a cute blonde who seemed to already be one step ahead of her. “kick me? seriously?” she walks closer to the other, taking the sign and rolling her eyes before crumpling it up and tossing it behind her. “what is this, middle school? if it were me, i would have wrote ‘kiss me’, cause at least we’d both be getting something out of it.” she playfully winks at the other before pointing the wine bottle, “you gonna pour me a glass?”

evelyn winced as the brunette appeared from no where, ripping the sign off her back. “thank you, darling.” she flashed her a subtle smile, laughing lightly at her comments. “if anyone here is even remotely similar to my middle school classmates ---” she shook her head, “--- i’d bounce immediately. i didn’t sign up to receive headaches.” evelyn grinned, “oh, of course. and whom is this glass for?” she asked, twisting the nob off the wine bottle and pouring them both a glass.

          EVELYN HAD JUST FINISHED dragging her colossal-sized suitcases up to her room. she kicked off her shoes and went straight to the kitchen, grabbing the biggest & fanciest glass she could find. the petite blonde lifted herself up onto her toes, glancing at the wine selection. she grabbed whatever she could reach. she sauntered her way to the living room, before catching a glimpse of herself in the mirror. a faint chuckle escaped her lips. “okay...—who’s the culprit??  which one of you put the ‘KICK ME’ sign on my back? i just want to talk, get to know you. y’know, cute stuff.” she stated, in her usual soft and calming voice, adding a delicate shrug at the end.

28. What is the most common lie your muse tells themselves?

evelyn always tells herself “i don’t care.” when something bothers her, or when thoughts of old relations, sensitive experiences, and etc. randomly pop her head. thinking of such things make her sad — full of regret. therefore, she tries to convince herself that she simply does not care for it anymore.

36. What simple task is your muse surprisingly bad at?

she actually doesn’t know how to do a lot of things. she was coddled her entire life, and lived in mansions full of servants, chefs & house keepers. she didn’t begin doing her own chores until she was in high school. but to answer the question, she does not know how to fold clothing. they always look so bad when she folds them!!

definitely slytherin. she can be quite vicious at times, bluntly stating her opinions, or making others feel inferior. she doesn’t try, most of the times she’s unaware of her behavior. but over the years, now she’s older and much more mature she’s — better.

although evelyn’s pretty risque and unruly when it comes to her lifestyle, she takes certain things very seriously — one of those things being sex. so evelyn has only ever had sex with one person her entire life, and that was in high school with her first beau.

evelyn use to get carsick here and there as a kid, but it doesn’t happy very much now. she travels so much and is constantly going from place to place, she’s gotten use to it. although if the ride is longer than what she’s normally use to, she’ll probably get carsick.

she’s most thankful for her parents. she knew how blessed she was, and she tried not to take advantage of it — but she did. human mistake. she saw that her parents were very affectionate and caring, and saw the wealthy parents of kids at her school who were not so nice to their kids.

evelyn was born and raised in manhattan, new york. 

wealthy rich kid growing up. always got everything she wanted, especially being an only kid.

her parents were always loving of her, but they had a lot of expectations for evelyn

they think she’s this innocent pure angel but really she’s quite unruly

in high school she always had her own entourage but she always hated them. she’d use them to fetch her things like a coffee, or carry her textbooks.

pretty much was the serena van der woodsen AND blair waldorf of her age

went to many rich and luxurious parties which exposed to many drugs and alcohol; she used them through-out her high school years; is sober now though.

always had trouble connecting/trusting people 

fell in love with a boy from her school. she thought he was “different” & the total opposite of her --- thats what drew her in. they dated through-out all of high school

he showed her that there was more to life than just money, rich parties and limos. he wanted to get out of the luxurious lifestyle and build a new life with evelyn

evelyn then got pregnant, initially wanting to keep the baby, but she thought she couldn’t live a life with him and a baby with little to no money, so she had an abortion without telling him about the baby’s existence at all.

after they graduated high school he proposed to her, and she said no. evelyn was too scared to leave behind the life of wealth no matter how much she loved him.

after they broke up she went to LA to take on her acting career and to get away from manhattan. 

evelyn’s parents hated that she was acting. they wanted her to go to an ivy league school and take over the family business. they made a deal that if her acting career flopped, she would go back to school and take over.

she became pretty well-known for her acting, mostly doing commercials or indie movies/shows.

she dated casually throughout the years, but never found anything worth her time.
