The quieter I am on social media usually the busier I am in the kitchen. Got a k of this lovely stuff Monday already ground, steeped, cooked cooled and churned half of it. The time line goes, roasted on Friday, delivered on Saturday (blimey that’s quick thanks @mug_run ) picked up from the delivery office Monday, ground stepped (Monday-Wednesday) cooked Wednesday, cooled till Thursday then churned and frozen. Less than a week roast to frozen, now that’s fresh! If only they hadn’t spent the weekend chilling st the sorting office. Notes of black cherry, orange and butterscotch-sounds like icecream already! The ‘secret’ to making good icecream as cheesy as it sounds is starting with amazing ingredients then you can’t really go wrong (as long as you freeze it). https://www.instagram.com/p/BzyVOu9j9B_/?igshid=1rq8mg2leqb4m
