astrology observations of a girl's chart + her 2 exes
usually a lot of my readings come from classmates willing to volunteer, lol! this one is from a classmate who asked why she attracts unemployed men and sent her exes charts. all observations as always are confirmed true before being shared.
----
⋆ venus in libra 6h at 7° [libra degree]
⋆ 3h ruled by cancer
⋆ moon in scorpio 7h at 5° [leo degree]
⋆ mars in leo 4h at 20° [scorpio degree]
⋆ mercury in virgo 5h
mercury (communication/thinking) & moon ruling the 3rd house of communication are both associated with "nurturing" signs. although virgo is mainly known for being detail-oriented, critical, and a perfectionist- i still see it as a "nurturing" sign because of its association with health, routine, and service. virgos, in the appropriate placements, can show their love through acts of service (cooking for someone, cleaning for them, noticing small details and basically taking care of them).
the native's communication style and way of thinking with this combo can unintentionally come off as very "motherly" to others indicating that men can see her as a potential caretaker (aka mommy maid lol).
combined with venus in 6h libra, she emphasizes harmony and equal contribution to the relationship. she will communicate over and over without allowing herself to accept that her partner may not always value balance in a relationship as much as she does. because of her emphasis on harmony, she is hesitant to "rock the boat" and set firm boundaries and expectations. this is probably exacerbated by her mars in 4h- giving her further aversion to disruption in home life.
she enjoys "being useful" to her partners and her love language is often acts of service. unfortunately being combined with the above, this turns her into bobbette the builder because venus sextile neptune- making her a bit delusional in regards to the broke dudes she allows to stay in her life. probably makes excuses for them or just ignores the unemployed/loser energy.
⋆ ⋆ ⋆ ⋆
ex #1 ->
⋆ his 7h was ruled by aquarius, had neptune, mars, & uranus in them.
⋆ his venus in libra 21° [sag] 3h, mercury in scorpio 4h at 16° [cancer]
with this given, i asked if he often made false promises, knew exactly what to say to make her happy/satisfied but never came through. basically manipulator who never proves what he says through actions. she said yes 100%. this is due to anything ruling his communication being in similar signs/degrees to what she desires in a partner.
⋆ her 8h ruled by sagittarius having south node & pluto Rx
⋆ his 5h ruled by sagittarius, containing sun, chiron, pluto, and lilith
his idea of "romance" is a strain on her mental health and resources
⋆ her 4h ruled by leo which contains jupiter, mars, and sun
⋆ his ascendant & moon in leo
she feels like he "gets" her, he feels like home/familiar to her.
⋆ ⋆ ⋆ ⋆
ex #2 ->
this one is shorter because wtf lol
⋆ his 7h ruled by sagittarius, having pluto Rx & chiron Rx
⋆ his cancer mars + mercury in 2h
⋆ his leo sun & venus in 3h
again a lot of placements in common with familiarity to her, communication & drive. he probably seemed ideal at first, said everything right, but in the end showed himself to be highly manipulative and sensitive.
⋆ his combination of moon and saturn in 12h taurus, mars in cancer, venus in leo, pluto in 7h
⋆ his uranus square moon, opposing venus. pluto opposing jupiter
made me ask if he was very controlling and manipulative, wanted her to "prove" her love to him, needed constant reassurance, yet would never truly open up to her and just continuously play these mind games. she said yes
⋆ ⋆ ⋆ ⋆
keep in mind that none of these placements on their own are toxic or concerning, it has to be the combination of peculiar placements/aspects. this was a wild read though and we were both gagged at the accuracy lmao

most oddly specific pull ive gotten from someone's chart
⋆ moon Rx & pluto Rx in sagittarius 4h, both 21°
sidenote: typically when the moon is in sagittarius/sagittarius degree it indicates foreign mother/native speaks a foreign language
⋆ sun in gemini 13° 10h
⋆ neptune Rx in aquarius 6h 15°
⋆ saturn in cancer 11h 12°
broken down:
sun (the self, father) in aries degree (aggression, abuse, war)
sagittarius is higher learning, travel, foreign lands. pluto (death, rebirth) with moon (emotions) in 4h (home, origins, roots) -> opposing sun
neptune (illusions, deception) in aquarius in 6h (work, routine, health) at a gemini degree which the 15 degree specifically means assassinations/kill. if it's in the sign of gemini it also indicates car accidents. -> trine sun
saturn (restrictions, father figure) in cancer (home, roots) at pisces degree (illusion, hospital, etc)
the sun rules leo, leo in this chart ruled over the 12h. when sun is placed in the 12h it indicates early death of the father, or absent father.
it also stuck out to me how the sun was in the gemini sign, opposing neptune with the kill or be killed degree.
basically a lot of his placements had heavy themes around something happening to his dad, but it was never in the exact positions to blatantly say his dad is not present in his life.
i asked him if his dad got into a non-fatal car accident? yep

astro notes & TW
another chart of a classmate. trigger warning for mentions of abuse + abusive parent + substance abuse
⋆ sun 3° conj mars 7° 12h in taurus
⋆ sun 3° conj saturn 24° in 11h aries
⋆ sun 3° squared by uranus 12° & neptune 2° in aquarius
⋆ mercury 10° in 11h aries, virgo ruling the 4th house
these traits pointed to a father who was physically abusive towards the mother of the native & struggled with substance abuse + native's mother divorced him and fled with classmate. they are now doing amazing and thriving fyi!
⋆ lilith 14° in 5h libra
typically indicates a rough childhood. complicated relationship with the idea of being a parent/parenthood in general. fear of being unable to create a harmonious life for their children due to childhood traumas.
--
i am still new to astrology and i have never previously looked into stepparents showing in someone's chart, but based on my limited knowledge i will assume these placements point to his mother remarrying to a wonderful man and growing their family.
⋆ moon 22°, jupiter 18°, and venus 18° are all in pisces 10h
-- degree 22° is capricorn -> delay, destruction, kill or be killed
-- degree 18° is virgo -> health, routine, misfortune, sickness
-- all 3 square the asc in 15° (gemini)
-- moon rules his 2h, venus rules his 12h & 5h
⋆ IC in 3h leo, MC in 9h aquarius at 28°
this can be interpreted as the growing threat towards the native's mother in regards to her love life, yet this is not her fate. the native's MC sextiles with sun & saturn -> love and growth will come in the home environment (28 degrees is cancer). harmony comes from a future father figure/authority.
⋆⋆⋆ also:
⋆ ruler of the 4th or 10th in 12h
(his venus is in 10h, his 12h ruled by taurus)
can sometimes represent a parent "replaced" by a stepparent
⋆ sun or moon conj/square venus or mars -> multiple partners for native's parent
⋆ 7h ruler in the 4th or 10th -> parent's marriage affects family structure
since the mother traditionally rules the 10th, and the father the 4th, 7 houses from the 4th makes step fathers also rule the 10th. for step mothers, they are 7 houses from the 10th so the 4th house.

from someone's chart that has been confirmed true by the person.
⋆ moon in leo 8h 25° & cap rising 17°
indicator of struggle in childhood. naturally introverted and reserved. mother was dramatic or had a big personality. mental well-being tied to how much praise and support they receive
⋆ uranus pisces 3h 2°
difficulty connecting with youngest sibling
⋆ lilith in taurus 5h 12°
aversion to motherhood; sees it as unrealistic to them as an individual in regards to their personal goals.
⋆ saturn in cancer 7h 0° square mars in aquarius 25°
marriage later in life. will nitpick potential suitors because they fear loss of control and vulnerability. will try to make excuses to avoid commitment. conflict between independence and desiring connection.
⋆ mars 25° conj neptune 13° in aquarius 2h
unpredictable moments regarding finances, yet they're quite savvy and creative in finding ways to make money. will always land on their feet when they need to "make it".
⋆ chiron in capricorn 1h 17° & taurus in mercury 21°
traumas related to lack of stability growing up, feels like they either never get the recognition they deserve or they don't allow themselves to. this is partially their own fault due to a lack of aggression in work and career. they're smart and creative, but rarely vouch for themselves and won't call out bad coworkers when its needed.

astro observations
here is a chart analysis i did for a coworker's son whose chart was telling my gut autism for some reason; did a deeper dive and here are the particular aspects on why i felt that way. she is now trying to get him evaluated for autism due to some signs she's noticed over the past year.
sun in leo (10°) & rising in leo (28°) -> strong sense of self, yet degrees in cancer & capricorn; values structure + home
moon in pisces (6°) & saturn Rx in pisces (5°) -> emotional sensitivity, easy to get overwhelmed. in virgo degree, possible tendency to intellectualize emotions or (due to capricorn degree) difficulty processing emotions rationally -> possible issues with disassociation or internalizing emotions
neptune Rx in pisces (27°) -> intensifies sensitivity and dreaminess in gemini degree; increases potential of daydreaming, or disconnect from emotions (more emotional regulation difficulty)
mercury in virgo (7°) & mars in virgo (14°) -> analytical, detail-oriented in libra degree (balance, harmony) in mercury (thinking/communication) indicates rigid thought patterns, clear struture/logic. i wonder if he will struggle with justice sensitivity too.
(cont'd) mars in taurus degree (stubborn, grounded) which is intensified via the 14th degree; obsession with precision/routines/frustration when things aren't perfect or right.
taurus is ruled by venus, governs senses/physical comfort and materials. focus on these are intensified due to degree + planet + sign combo. virgo is ruled by mercury -> rules nervous system, whereas mars governs action -> mars in virgo possibly sensitive to touch, sound, textures, etc. possibly prone to sensory overload and gastrointestinal reactions to such since virgo also rules digestion.
jupiter in taurus(13°) & uranus in taurus (22°) -> again seeking comfort in familiar textures and predictable routines. difficulty handing sudden changes. strong need for stability.
common placements for people with autism found in various charts: mars in virgo, mercury in virgo, asc squaring uranus, mercury Rx, moon in virgo degree, moon in pisces, uranus in gemini degree, rising in cancer degree, 3rd house ruler in 1st house, uranus in 10th house, saturn squaring multiple personal planets + related to structure/routine, born under a full moon, mercury square saturn.
some can be applicable to adhd as well. i have similar placements and am diagnosed with adhd and suspected to have autism.

what body parts the planets rule + other
Sun - head, heart, spine. overall vitality and physical health.

Moon - mind & mental health, chest/heart, blood

Venus - face, reproductive health, kidneys, skin, eyes
specifics: "overall shine of the individual", sexual diseases, reproduction, hormones
examples: genital/sexual diseases, diseases of the throat, impotence, hormonal disorders, ovaries & reproductive organs, eye sight like cataracts, alcohol/drug addictions, urinary system, hydrocele, carbuncle.
Mars - hands, shoulders, gallbladder, body fluids, blood/plasma
specifics: energy, drive, physical strength; muscles, blood, immune system.
examples: bile, rectum/prostate gland, iron levels, adrenaline, hemoglobin/red blood cells, blood disorders, muscular/neuron related diseases, liver issues, general accidents/injuries w/ weapons/surgical operations, abortion, inflammatory conditions, ulcers, high blood pressure, urinary diseases.
Jupiter - brain, liver, fats, thighs
specifics: liver, pancreas, fat in the body
examples: metabolism, obesity, diabetes, carbohydrates, gastric troubles, indigestion, insomnia, anemia, brain abscess.
Saturn - knees, feet, bones, muscles, teeth, hair
specifics: chronic illnesses, joint issues, legs
examples: muscle tissue, arthritis, osteoporosis, parkinson's, lethargy, laziness. because Saturn represents "chronic conditions/illness" there will be overlap with other planets.
this is a combination of various resources found online, generally medical astrology is more tied into traditional/vedic astrology and doesn't include uranus, neptune, and pluto. some sources say uranus influences the circulatory system & ankles, neptune for feet and mental distress, and pluto for the reproductive organs. personally i like to use them as relation to the other planets with more established meanings.
for example; i have a co-worker who has neptune and uranus in his 3rd house of capricorn, and gemini ruling their 8th house. their mercury is in aries 6th house.
gemini is in the mental health house, mercury is in a fire sign in the routine house. i would've stopped here and say they struggle with overthinking to a point that it's detrimental to their mental health (so severe anxiety or potentially ocd, saturn was also conjunct moon). but due to the combination of uranus and neptune in their communication/thinking house, it was the most blatant ADD i've seen in someone's chart so far. he is diagnosed ADD.
another co-worker has her venus in scorpio 6th house which is considered to be in its detriment. pluto is in the 7th house, some other signs being aspected by pluto in the 4th/5th (can't remember) i interpreted this as venus is weakened in its routine in the reproduction organs sign. her 7th house is another story for relationships, but these two placements stuck out to me and i asked her if she struggled with either hormonal imbalances or irregular periods. she started having irregular periods after having her first kid.
so personally i don't use the outer planets as anything other than a way to figure out how the specific body part/system is being impacted.
so
Uranus - unexpected changes, disruptions
Neptune - illusion, confusion, idealism
Pluto - death, transformation, rebirth

meanings of the 12 houses
here's how i interpret the 12 houses in astrology. to me, each house has an "inner and outer" meaning, meaning how it affects your mental and your outside environment. i summed it up after looking at various resources online and in my books.
1st house
inner: sense of identity outer: physical appearance and the body
----
2nd house
inner: self-worth, values outer: income, possessions, resources ----
3rd house
inner: communication, learning outer: early education, local environment, siblings ----
4th house
inner: ancestry, origin, security outer: home, family, the parents/father ----
5th house
inner: creativity, inner child, self-expression, fertility outer: children, romance, recreation ----
6th house
inner: health, routine outer: work, service ----
7th house
inner: the other half, projection, open enemies outer: partnerships, relationships, marriage ----
8th house
inner: transformation, mental health, taboo subjects outer: death, shared resources ----
9th house
inner: quest for inner meaning, personal beliefs, ethics and ideals outer: higher education, travel ----
10th house
inner: feelings towards authority/parents, ambitions, dignity outer: public image, career, mother ----
11th house
inner: ideals, desires, networking outer: common goals, friends, community, social groups ----
12th house
inner: intuition, self-suffering, subconscious, isolation, hidden enemies outer: loss
note: there is a lot of debate on which houses represent what parents. traditionally the 4th, since it represents the home, represents the father or both parents as one unit. and the mother the 10th house because it's opposite of your 4th house.
some astrologers choose to read it as the 10th house being the dominant parent, and 4th house being the nurturing one. in some modern astrology many choose to have the 4th house be the mother, and 10th be father. i like to stick to traditional astrology, heavily leaning in favor to hellenistic.
