( i initially didn’t plan on doing something like this when i started this blog because it seemed kinda… weird…. but here i am, doing it anyway. HAH. )

      ❛   y’know ------ your codename is a whole MOUTHFUL. anyone else ever tell ya that ?   ❜   jubilee says while untying the laces of her training boots, casting a quick glance at the girl beside her. she was still slightly out of breath from the danger room session that just finished, and it’s a surprise she’s managed to let that much words out --- the terrain and obstacles mystique had set up for them were EXHAUSTING. she was certain she’d almost drained herself out on that one bot ; maybe would have even fainted if it took longer than it already did to blow it up into a thousand pieces, but jubilee knew better than to complain. it was for their own GOOD, after all.

       she huffs in silence before turning her full attention to the other --- ellie. much like her own, ellie’s mutation was EXPLOSIVE  ( and possibly slightly cooler, as scott has remarked once, but that wasn’t something jubilee would WILLINGLY admit to out loud ).  her LUMIKINETIC PLASMOIDS were one thing, sure, but actually encapsulating oneself in a ball of fire was something else entirely.   ❛  you can change it if you want, to like... time bomb or bomb-babe or somethin’ --- or simply just warhead if you don’t wanna stray too far from your current.   ❜
