Update

Hey guys, it’s been a real hot sec, hasn’t it? Not sure if anyone’s even here rn LOL

Just wanted to say I haven’t forgotten about this blog; I’ve just acknowledged fully that I have anxiety, and that keeping up with this blog and constantly initiating things would be too much for my mental health, especially with school (and work!! Oh my god!!) going around in the background.

So I’ll be deeply lurking around. If anyone has the courage, they’re always free to interact! Always happy to write.

Fiona: Hmm, I'm not really a fan of fighting, but I do like fencing, so a foil I suppose!

Isabelle: I'm not sure if it counts, but I use my staff to cast offensive spells.

Isabelle: I do know some hand to hand combat, but I'd prefer to use spells for that...

Neville: I-I'd rather avoid f-fighting...if I—if I can...

Not Drunk Enough

Drabble prompts - “I’m not drunk enough for this.”

Drake let out a long, rough sigh.

“I’m not drunk enough for this,” he mumbled into the table his head was currently resting on before he took in a deep breath and said in an overly cheerful tone, “Is there any chance I could kindly convince you to fuck off?”

Fiona gave the dragon a sad look.

“Drake...y—”

“Don’t,” the dragon hissed, his voice dangerously low, “lecture me, Princess.”

The fairy flinched, hesitating, before she shook her head.

“I’m not...going to lecture you,” she murmured. “I just...I’m worried.”

Drake grit his teeth, but he was too much in a mood to be swayed by her usual shining kindness.

“Well you can take your worry and shove it somewhere else.” He buried his head further into his arms resting on the table. “You know I do this all the time. I’ll be fine.”

Fiona pursed her lips, eyes flickering over the dragon. She refused to leave him alone, but she’s also learned by now (after many, many go’s at this same exact scenario) that she can’t push him too hard, and it seems particularly bad today, so what could she do....

....Oh!

A slightly hesitant but still bright grin curled on her lips. "Then, can I join you?”

Surprised, Drake lifted half of his head to look at her. “What?”

Gaining more confidence, she skipped over and took the bottle of alcohol laying near him. “Let me drink with you!”

The dragon stared at the young fairy in disbelief. If he was in his right mind, he would immediately refuse and get that bottle way way away from the fluttering ball of innocence that was Fiona.

But, as it stood now, a part of him was quite interested to see what she was like drunk....

He smirked.

“Okay Princess, wanna have a drinking contest then?”

Andrew smiles, as he adjusts the crown on his head. “Thank you! I’m sure you’d look prettier than me with one on though.” He chuckles. It’s taken him a while to feel comfortable around Fiona but, he’s glad he’s finally allowed her to be his friend. She’s not as annoying as he first thought, and she really wasn’t that bad. He’s quick to pick up the flowers, vines, and other foliage nearby and weave his own flower crown. When he’s done he gently places it on her head in return. “There. now we match!”
