ποΈ Top 5 most dangerous circuits in the current F1 calendar
In Formula 1, every second counts. A look at the wrong direction, a hesitation, a wrong moment to blink can separate you from life and death. More than enough accidents happened in not only Formula 1, but in every category of motorsport. Of course, some are better known as others (Ayrton Senna, Roland Ratzenberger, Jules Bianchi, Gilles Villeneuve, Tom Pryce, among others) but are equally important. In my point of view, any circuit can be dangerous if you don't have the right preparation, the technique and more important, the instinct. However, yes, some circuits are more dangerous than others, and I brought 5 of them.
π Spa-Francorchamps
The Belgian circuit is a hot topic among drivers, as 49 drivers have died at the Grand Prix to date. Two recent accidents are Anthoine Hubert in 2019 and Dilano van't Hoff in 2023.
π Zandvoort
Although it may seem that the Dutch track is not one of the most dangerous, with only 33 Grands Prix contested it has cost the lives of three drivers, which raises its danger rate to 9.09%, well above other circuits.
πSilverstone
It's one of the most spectacular in the World Cup, but also one of the most respected. Its high-speed curves and winding layout have claimed the lives of 4 drivers throughout history.
πSuzuka
The tragic death of Jules Bianchi in a collision with a crane has sparked a huge debate regarding the route of Suzuka. Its location on the calendar made it one of the most dangerous circuits due to weather conditions, which is why its route was brought forward.
π Monaco Grand Prix
The most traditional and most important circuit on the Formula 1 calendar has already been the scene of many tragedies and accidents with its narrow track

2026 F1 Calendar
On Tuesday (10), Formula One announced the 2026 calendar. It seems that the new engine regulations, the new team and the end of DRS were not enough changes. We now have one of the most turbulent seasons in Formula 1, with 24 races confirmed and two extra pre-season testings.

ποΈ Canadian GP : the analysis
Graphic session :
β³ The comparison between the 10 first drivers in their qualifying and race results
β³ The comparison between the 10 last drivers in their qualifying and race results
Winners and Losers :
Winners :
Kimi Antonelli - had a good time in qualifying and got his first podium on the season (3rd place)
Charles Leclerc - a bad result for a Ferrari driver in qualifying but managed to win some crutial positions
Nico HΓΌlkenberg - had a good result in qualifying considering his car and surprised everyone by finishing on P8
Esteban Ocon - even with his Haas not being anything extrordinary, he finished on P9
Carlos Sainz - even though he started the race on P17, he crawled his way to P10
Losers :
Lando Norris - let his childish behavior guide him into competing against his teammate, and that impulsive decision came off as a crash on the wall
Isack Hadjar - had a good time on qualifying, but unfortunately lost some crutial positions, ending up on P16
Liam Lawson - a power unit problem stopped him from getting better positions, having to retire the car
Alexander Albon - also had to retire the car, abandoning his P10
