This is my version of Pita Florica from the PSP version. Now it's time to build her a beautiful caravan where she'll sell her flowers with her cousin, Gimi Branko. I'm slowly adding more and more characters, and I converted this hair just for her. I'm not confident enough to put it up for download yet, but it's working great in my game!

Edited Tybalt Face

i always found tybalt's transition from teen to adult very jarring because he looks like he ages 30 years…so i edited him!

i tried to make him look closer to his teen self while still resembling his adult form. it was mostly the extremely inverted cheeks that i wanted to change along with some other smaller changes. i also edited his TF and AF appearance so tybalt offspring won't inherit those gaunt faces, and left the elder faces mostly the same. no edits were made to TM, CU, or PU. there's an infant face thrown in as well :3

attached are an extracted Facial Structure if you want to replace your pre-existing adult tybalt, as well as a face template for funsies

Veronaville lore slideshow!!!

As seen last week in the Sunny Days in Pleasantview discord server (with a few slides added since then), 93 slides of my rendition of the Veronaville lore, as well as notable theories and fandom moments! Read it if you're interested or send it to your friends to enlighten them!

The original version of this slideshow (which is like this one but with inside jokes) was made for my non-simmer friend @silvermori 💖

It's a shame that Tumblr doesn't let you post PDFs. I was hesitant to use Google Slides for this, since I'd heard rumors about Google using them to train AI. Long story short, according to Google's privacy policy and my computer science major sister, they most likely don't do that because they would lose money. Also, I turned off every AI permission, so this slideshow probably isn't at any more risk of AI scraping than your average internet post.

Anyway, I'm also in the process of making Pleasantview and Strangetown slideshows for my friends! I'll probably make general public versions of those too and post them on Tumblr, if this post does well :)

soo i've always thought the grunt-smith feud was fascinating both thematically and aesthetically. on the surface it seems like "xenophobic guy grooms his family and the rest of the world into hating aliens because racist" and yes that's Part of it but it goes deeper imo...... it doesn't perfectly resemble any IRL phenomenon because Buzzy Bee's a little right i mean the aliens DO abduct and implant parasites into people!! but it doesn't mean he should persecute every green person he sees (which isn't technically canon but a very popular fanon that i semi-adopt 🙂‍↕️). my take on it is that the whole conflict is quite morally gray and there's no good or bad side. pt9's got some closeted skeletons of his own as we know...

and then Aesthetically...woaw. both have this retro theme going on and i LOVE ITTT the smiths are very 20th century nuclear family while the grunts are a very Cold War military household, you could say. the smiths have this picturesque cape cod home, green lawn & white picket fences, and the grunts have that dull midcentury colonial home with an obstacle course and observatory tower in the back. so my idea was how about we #suburbiamaxx by making them that idea of "Arguing with your neighbor over the fence" sorta thang. except the fence between them is pretty tall in this because they don't want to see each other jhfkskhlhgjs

going back to their green lawn we could also argue that the smiths' fake grass and likely fake foliage is reflective of their own superficiality but ^_^!!! I Have Many Thoughts lmao this should have been a separate post IDC
