I just finished traveling solo for the first time in my life to a place that everyone thought I’d already been to –Japan! I spent two weeks during cherry blossom season traveling between Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, then finally Kyoto! It was an amazing experience where I learned quite a bit about myself and how I want to travel in the future. Spoiler alert, it’s probably not alone. 🤣 There were also a lot of times that I felt emotional and teared up. During those moments, I was never really sure if it was because of a beautiful view, extreme happiness, a warm experience, or just me feeling lonely or homesick. Looking back, it’s probably all of them but mostly happiness. ☺️ Wish I could have stayed another two weeks to experience things even slower than I already did but that just means I’ll have to come back again soon!
