Imagine…

You’re in your TC’s office or classroom or maybe even at their house, and the two of you are just chilling quietly. Maybe you’re doing something on your phone or working on homework, and they’re grading papers that they’ve fallen behind on. You decide to get up and stretch your legs a little bit, and your TC looks up at you and smiles. Suddenly you notice the hand they’re writing with. They’re absolutely white-knuckling their pen, and the muscles and ligaments on their hand are protruding visibly. You quickly dash over to their work area and take their hand in yours. Their face looks surprised by your sudden gesture, but more than anything, you can see exhaustion flooding their features

You feel bad, so you kneel down next to their chair and start gently massaging their hand. After a few minutes, you feel the stiffness release as their hand relaxes into yours. Meanwhile, of course, you’re using this moment to memorize every detail about their hands - how rough or smooth their skin is, if they have any calluses, the length and thickness of their fingers and fingernails, etc, and as you finish, you feel their fingers gently wrap around yours as you look up into their face again.

long post but here’s wisteria n i at my formal last night !!! my heart <3 <3 mostly everything that happened is underneath, pls acknowledge that in another universe we were together i swear on my life otherwise we wouldn’t be looking like a married couple here ok

it was the day of my formal yesterday… first of all, i felt like cinderella or maybe elsa thanks to my dress,, which i actually did like in the end !!! i felt pretty despite fainting a few hours before lol (now it’s just funny to me my sense of humour has been destroyed lol)

my old homeroom teacher came to visit us at the local river n !!! she was so gorgeous n i completely forgot she was even coming so when i saw her it was such a surprise !!! i got a photo w her n she told me i looked gorgeous ugh says the modern audrey hepburn she was so sweet,,,

the limo was not fun i wanted to kms,,, n my feet still hurt the moment we arrived at the place which was actually gorgeous i loved it ??? weddings are held here n honestly i’d love to have a wedding here it’s beautiful !!!

but,,, the moment i saw wisteria,,, who saw us n started walking towards us,,, i,,, i couldn’t just wait i didn’t care about my aching feet i legit ran to her to hug her n honestly,,, after all this time,,, it was the happiest i felt in forever i miss her so much !!! she looked gorgeous asdgfhjgk

also, her accent colour was red n it just occurred to me to lyrics to halsey’s song ‘colours,’ ‘you were red, n you liked me cause i was blue’ n um my dress waS BLUE SO ???!???? i need to stop this my heart,,, nonetheless i stan us

so she stood w us for a bit n asked if she needed to give us lessons on how to walk in heels as a joke lmao n we just talked n she told us how gorgeous we all were n honestly i felt right at home standing next to her !!!

eventually we had to move in front of the entrance bc they were handing out drinks n we teased wisteria to be our supplier n get us the alcohol (there’s no alcohol lmao)

after a long time waiting wisteria came back to join us n we got cute photos w her,,, n i teased her for still having a crappy iPhone 5. we took a photo w her (a real photo, not like a selfie lol) n when she looked at it she’s like ‘you’re right it is crappy’ only because ‘i look like a mother w her daughters’ lmaooo she’s got a point tho we are her daughters hahahaha but we took selfies on my phone instead uwu

when we finally moved inside we couldn’t find our table (of course) n wisteria was just laughing at our misery smh

when my friends’ religion teacher came over i went to where my other friends were w wisteria n joined them,, rach told her how we were gonna apply to volunteer for the tokyo olympics in 2020 n she was genuinely happy about that !!! i can’t wait lol i hope i can do it !! one of the more memorable moments from that lil chat was that she saw my feet from under my dress n said ‘oh wow you’ve got toe polish on !’ n it took me a literal second to process the fact that she said ‘toe polish,,,’ when i pointed that out she bursted out into laughter n she went red (ugh my heaRTTTTT) n said ‘i may have translated that directly from japanese.’ but now that she mentions it,,, do we not just called it ‘nail polish on our toes’ ??? that’s a bit of a mouthful tbh toe polish is easier to say lol.

when we had to go back to our seats she mentioned that we were gonna have to dance together later tonight n i didn’t even know we were actually gonna dance ?? n she gave us a really funny robotic kinda dance move which cracked me up bc she’s just hilarious n embarrassing ugh.

after entrees n mains we danced for a bit before going outside to take some aesthetic photos,,, eventually wisteria joined us n we got more photos n lemme tell you,,, when you look at the photos n zoom into us two in particular,,, it looks like a wedding photo ??? like we’re kinda in the centre n we’re so close (our chests touched BIG UWU ENERGY) n honestly it gave me immediate wedding vibes i’m so sad. then we just talked for legit an hour almost, just us japanese girls w wisteria, outside, in the dark, surrounded by fairy light-decorated trees,,, what a vibe. she took of her shoes eventually bc her feet were starting to kill (i already took mine off before lmao) so she joined the barefoot club. n she knows how airdrops works ??? that shocked me LMAO. she got me to send her those photos of us while she airdropped me that one photo we took earlier on her phone (saved under (her name’s) iPhone heart emoji lol cute) n then her phone died HAHAHAHAHA NICE !!! the day she upgrades will be a historical moment in time !!!

she also talked about how my brother came up to her at his social n recalled her experience of seeing him come up to him n ask if she wanted him to call me lmao how cute this never fails to amuse me bc that shy little thing actually went up to wisteria iconic

n then we pestered her about when we could add her on fb bc already the drama teacher has added some of her girls (i know bc she’s in my recommended friends lmao) n she said ‘you have my email !!!’ but she didn’t even know that our school emails (student n staff) are under the diocese that’s like my school’s boss n that they can actually track n look at our emails (invasion of privacy much, so) n she was genuinely shocked ?? i was genuinely shocked too ?? so w that knowledge we asked her again n she said ‘give it some time,,,,’ sOoOoooooOoo she’s considering it ! it’s still a possibility !!! she’s not one of those teachers who refuse to add their students afterwards !!!! i can’t wait for that day to come.

eventually we moved back inside onto the dance floor bc everyone was already dancing n she came up to join us (dancing riGHT NEXT TO ME) n honestly i’m not one for dancing in front of people esp at parties but ??? w her next to me ?? my final chance of seeing her probs ??? i said fuck it n let myself go with whatever (aka an attempt to be cute n cool n flirty n pretty but being none of those adjectives probs) beside her,,, which was fun !!! n then,,, that iconic song by cascada, where the lyrics go ‘every time we touch, i get this feeling, every time we kiss i swear i could fly, can’t you feel my heart beat fast, i want this to last. need you by my side’ started playing,,, n honestly soundtrack to my life ??? i can’t believe ??? this song ??? played ??? then ??? w wisteria dancing beside me ???? i’ve low-key made it our theme song now ugh that’s it i’m a miserable bitch what a moment

n the looks she gave me, all the smiles n laughs uGH my HEART x2 i swear in another universe we were together there’s no way i can feel this affected by someone ever like not even my fav actresses can do this to me, not like how wisteria can

eventually she was pulled away by the teachers to dance w them (smh) but there were times where i could just see her face through the crowd n it honestly felt like some tv romance shit it was perfect n heartbreaking all at once

after some more photos w my friends outside n more dancing my feet started to hurt so angel n i went to sit down at our table,, where i could easily just watch wisteria dance i was so in love then. eventually she got tired n when she turned around she saw us so she went to stand w us complaining that her legs were killing her now lmao but ariana grande n iggy azalea’s ‘problem’ was playing so you bet your ass i sung n danced to the parts where ariana sings ‘i want you oh ooohhhh !’ with the whole finger gun things to both angel anD WISTERIA WOW WE LOVE A BOLD MOVE !!!!

it was getting close to the end of formal by then so i gave my phone to angel n stood up n wisteria looked at me confusingly n i told her that we had to get a photo together so i led her to one of the really nice walls that surround us n honestly the photos were so cuTE i loVed them !! we literally look like a couple i don’t understand.

n then we just chilled near the wall for the rest of the time singing n dancing to whatever song was on,,, party in the use by miley cyrus came up n that got me hyped n i did anoTher bOLD MOVE !!! N OPENED UP SNAPCHAT QUICKLY TO FILM THE THREE OF US SINGING TO IT N WHEN I GOT THE CAMERA TO FOCUS ON THE TWO OF US SHE WAS LIKE ‘what’s that ?’ n i said,,, ‘a video’ but bc flash was on (thank god bc then she couldn’t see that it was snapchat lmao) the screen was white so she’s like ‘why is it white?’ ‘bc flash, miss,’ lmao what an old soul we stan

near the end of it she’s like to me, ‘hey kaylee isn’t that your father outside’ (tWENTY MINUTES BEFORE FORMAL WAS SUPPOSED TO END WHY HE WAS HERE EARLY IDK) but i didn’t have my glasses on so i couldn’t really tell but from what i could see it did look like him ??? n then i realised that it was n i turned to her in shock n said ‘how the hell did you even know ???’ i mean i guess that’s what happens when you have a teacher for six years who knows what your family looks like after seeing them every parent teacher interview lmao rip

n then my dad came inside (followed by my mum how embarrassing) n walked up to where we were n at some point wisteria tells them how i told her how i fainted (long story short, a few hours before formal i was getting my makeup done when i suddenly got all nauseous n sick n had to be in recovery position on the floor, first aid called up to wheelchair me across the plaza under foil bc i was cold it was not a good experience for me but now it’s just funny bc it’s just my luck this happens to me) n basically it was me trying to defend myself against everyone lol

finally i had to go so i got my stuff n walked right back up to wisteria to give her one last hug n as I’m writing this i’m ready to throw myself into a wall bc i’m actually really sad about it ??? n as i walked away i told her to let us know when ‘some time’ is over (so we can add her on fb lol)

n yeah. that was my formal. i was only looking forward to it just to see wisteria n i ended up having so many fun moments w her. i even got some fun moments w my friends i actually like hanging out w too !
