Reasons why the rest of the JL believes Batman and all of his children are metas/cryptids

-Weirdly good instincts

-They only see the bat and kids at night

-Hasn’t died

-If they have died, they came back within the year

-The JL has seen all of them at one point or another stay up for 96 hours straight and act semi-normally

-One time Batman was stabbed and started bleeding green(it was slime Bruce packed for kids to play with if they were at a crime scene)

-Red Robin didn’t cry while watching A Dogs Purpose for Young Justice’s movie night(he did, the mask hid his tears)

-They all know an absurd amount of Golf facts

-Somehow none of them age

-All of them are friends with a super

I feel like we don't talk about Joker Jr enough. It's such a good plot point but I never see anyone talk about it. Especially because of the things that could happen after the fact. Like Tim and Jason bonding over their shared trauma caused by the Joker, or Batman finally killing the clown. I mean...even if Bruce doesn't kill the Joker I'm sure that Tim and Jason would just do it for him. Or y'know, Tim's rather powerful friends who would all die for each other. Even the other members of the batfamily. Dick already lost a brother once to the Joker and you're telling me he's just gonna let it go when his other brother is kidnapped and tortured for three weeks? No! Also what if while Tim's gone that's when Damian pops up? And like, he tries to take the Robin persona and says he deserves it because the old Robin is dead but Bruce won't let him(He finally learned his lesson about replacing Robin without the previous Robins knowledge). Not until Tim is found and rescued is when Damian finally becomes Robin and that's only because he steals the costume. Let's start writing more Joker Jr stuff

I’ve always thought that Merlin was the winter solstice because like even in a time a darkness hope still shines through. Also it was really easy for babies to die in winter so the fact that Merlin survived was to do with his magic. As for Arthur, I can’t think of a specific day but I feel like he would be born on a day where it was really nice but like, 10 minutes after he was born the biggest storm of the year rolled through.

When do we suppose Merlin and Arthur's birthdays are? I don't think they're specified in the show, Merlin's doesn't even ever come up.

I've seen fics where Merlin is born on the first day of spring. Makes sense because he's magic reborn and hope and stuff.

I think it'd be like Summer solstice for Merlin, winter solstice for Arthur.

Or like samhain and beltane.

Idk, just like opposites but inexplicably linked.

League of Assassins Tim?

Well, there’s more context behind this specific one but it is once again based on a fic of mine where Tim’s the kid of Wonder Woman and Batman and also he is cursed to be forgotten by everyone the more he is loved and he is manipulated into joining the LoA by Ra’s… :)

What if Arthur will only come back once Merlin has completely forgotten how Arthur once looked? Like after 1500 years Merlin doesn’t remember what Arthur looked like except for one feature…Arthur’s eyes. But even then Merlin is bound to forget them sooner or later. And Merlin keeps trying his best to keep that memory not realizing that loosing it will mean he actually gets to see them again in real life.

Cass: One of those personalized tumblers you can get off of Etsy with a dancer on it. Dick got it for her as a joke but every time someone gets her a new bottle she just throws it out

Duke: A one gallon jug (Yes I have seen people do this)

Stephanie: An extremely dented light green 32 oz wide mouth Hydro Flask with flex straw cap

Clark: A clear Camelbak and he chews on the straw when he's nervous

One reason I think why clark wanted to move to a big city like metropolis was to fade into the background. In Smallville not many people looked like Clark. The only people you could really compare to him was this one football player that all the girls wanted. But in metropolis, there were bodybuilders and celebrities that (almost) outshine him. So that’s why it was such a surprise when Bruce Wayne starts flirting with him at a charity gala. Because Clark with his ill fitting clothes and messed up posture knows that he is by far the least attractive person in that room. But he is to Bruce.

Okay but I don’t feel like we don’t talk enough about Bruce after his parents death. Like this kid watched his parents die right in front of him. Obviously he’s a little fucked up. And I think for that first year he would barely leave his room because he was so scared and sad. Finally he started seeing some (not really good) therapist. But because this was like the 70’s or 80’s they didn’t know that kids shouldn’t be put on antidepressants so the meds they gave Bruce just made him more depressed and paranoid.

Eventually Alfred did just throw them out because he realized they were hurting more than helping. And Bruce finally started to get better……Until he re-entered high society.

Oh boy, were the papers ecstatic! They commented on everything. How he looked, how he acted, how he dressed. And well, the reporters from Gotham aren’t exactly the nicest. Or the least creepy. They would make horrific comments about his looks and Bruce could hear the things they said about him. One day he had enough of it and ran out of a charity gala. He was walking through the streets of Gotham but even then it didn't stop. Cat calls and stares followed him. And of course he's still in his fancy suit so eventually a couple of thugs correred him in a alley. Bruce was about to get jumped before one Harvey Dent got him out of trouble. And from then one Bruce Wayne got his first friend in years and the world seemed just a little brighter.

I truly think that Bruce would protect his kids with his life from the media/paparazzi. Like when he first adopted Dick all articles surrounding him and his parents death vanished. Or how he played up his Brucie performance when Damian first went to a WE gala because he’s never had to deal with the press before. And I KNOW it killed him when Jason’s death was announced but that was the one thing they couldn’t keep from the media.

One day, pre-identity reveal, Clark goes to a charity gala and asks a young Tim drake and Cassandra Cain about their opinions on the subject. A BUNCH of reporters are giving him looks but Clark can’t tell what for. Until Bruce Wayne walks up to with a stone cold expression. But Clark was perfectly polite and Tim and Cass tell Bruce they actually enjoyed expressing their opinions. The next day in the Planet their words weren’t twisted. And now whenever article comes out about the Waynes(still a rare occurrence but it’s something) it’s written by a certain Clark Kent.
