Seeing new Mamo blogs around makes me happy because this sunshine deserves all the love. But at the same time I ask myself what am I here to add into the mix? Maybe it's best to let other's take over? Even though that wouldn't change my love for him.

Chapter 1 - One fateful night

「Mamoru’s pov」

It was a dark cold night at the end of October. Heavy rain was pouring down from mysterious looking gray clouds. In the distance thunder could be heard and from time to time garish lightning flashed across the dark blue sky. It was just after midnight but I wasn’t tired yet. To tell the truth I hardly slept at night, too many things I had to take care of.

A soft sigh escaped my lips as I leaned my back against the cold stone wall behind me. I just loved this old abandoned factory. No one ever came here or bothered what happened to this place. In fact it was the perfect hideout for me and my friends. It was our home after we lost ours; it was our base from which we told the world about the new order.

The wind outside the building was getting stronger every minute. His howling mingled with the muffled voices of my friends who were in the adjoining warehouse. I could hear the crackling of the fire they had lit in the old barrels there. The warmth of the flames reached me only slightly but I didn’t care.

My gaze was fixed on the tiny lights of the distant city. I just couldn’t look away or even move a single muscle. I felt as if I were looking for something, something that I myself did not know. It was such a strange feeling. It was simply not letting me go.

Maybe I should believe in fate? I didn’t know. My gaze wandered onto the moon which peeked out just for a second behind a thick cloud. I did not want to think anymore.

I just stood there motionless ‘till a very bright lightning brought me back to reality.

My lips curled briefly into a smile. The sound of the falling rain made ​​me feel nostalgic somehow. It was like music to my ears and left me with a feel of longing. I was yearning for something that only my heart knew.

It was like a voice in the rain that whispered into my ear calling my name.

I was always on the run. But this was the lift which I choose for myself. I was free and this freedom I would never give up. And one day my new order would free the other people also I was sure of that.

The rain was getting weaker and also the thunder gradually stopped. Silence came back again, and yet I felt restless.

I decided to take a stroll through the streets of the little suburb we were in to clear of my mind. I didn’t bother to tell my mates that I would be leaving.

They knew me well enough to let me be if I wanted to be alone. They respected me as their leader and in return I respected them just the way they were. There was a strong bond between us that would never break easily.

We shared the same dreams and hopes. We were like a family and that was why I kept going even if the road ahead of us were a difficult one.

My lips curled into another breath smile and I brushed my hair out of my eyes. My clothes had remained dry, fortunately, so I would not freeze.

After a last look over my shoulder I jumped out the windowless window before me. I knew nothing would happen to me, because I was instantly on the ground floor of the factory.

I landed silently on the grassy ground and then remained still for a moment in the position I was in before I got up. I had to make sure that no police was nearby. I didn’t want me or my friends getting caught.

But the coast was clear so I could venture out into the dark street melting into the darkness of the night. I had a good reputation among the people here, so I knew they would never betray me or the others. I was safe here and that I appreciated.

I rounded a corner and then darted into the backyard of an old abandoned house. And there it was illuminated by the milky moonlight ready to give me the freedom I needed right now: my motorbike.

It was an old one but it was very precious to me. I had bought it for me and my friends from the first money we had earned. Everyone who needed it could take it but everyone liked to refer to the motorbike as Mamoru’s.

It was their way of thanking me and so I didn’t argue about it. Swiftly I got on the bike and turned silently the key that always stuck in the lock. The engine roared and the headlights illuminate the road ahead of me.

Quick a grabbed the helmet behind my back and put it on before I drove out to the street. I loved these moments of peace. Just drive off without thinking about where to go. Just being free and feel the wind tugging at my clothes.

I just drove straight on ‘till I had reached the firsts streets of Tokyo. I parked behind a small bar which included a dancing studio and dismounted. Quietly I sneaked to the back door, which led to one of the practice rooms and opened the door silently. As always it wasn’t locked.

I peered cautiously around the corner and then it struck me to the bone. I was rooted to the spot unable to look away even for a second. My heart was set on fire in an instant and I felt breathless and restless at the same time.

There she was: The most beautiful girl I had ever seen. And at the same moment I thought that she was the one. I was sure she was the one.

I had never believed in fate, but that changed in that very moment. At that moment I set myself a new goal: I had to get to know her. I wanted to know her name wanted to know where she lived. I wanted to know everything possible.

There was something about that one girl that drew me to her. It was like I was bond to her not being able to escape my own destiny.

And I knew that when I would follow her a little in the shadows I would be attracted to her even more. I was sure of it.

A small sigh escaped my lips and I began thinking about my first move.

The chase was now on. I knew I had to have her.

( I feel like I should continue you my story and maybe get into seiyuu writing content again. I still have the roleplay blog too and I could write small stuff for people again. Would anyone want that?
