Fandom Forward has been at the forefront of the fan activism movement since our founding in 2005. Over a decade and a half later, we continue with impactful programs and educational toolkits that equip fans with the organizing know-how and the confidence it takes to go into their communities and create positive, joyful change to enhance their world - and that of those around them - for the better.

We have an incredible volunteer base that dedicates over 350 cumulative hours a week to the operations of this beloved organization, and with the dedication of those activists and our small team of staff we are able to influence big change. Regardless of levels of financial support, we will continue our hard work, ensuring fans everywhere are able to utilize the hero within themselves to effect creative and lasting change. Just imagine - if we had even greater resources, our impact would be amplified, our reach furthered. Help Raices in telling ICE to #FreeYacouba!

Who is Yacouba? He's a Muslim political activist that has been locked in solitary confinement for months. He has been denied medication, kept in solitary confinement, and was denied the opportunity to speak with an immigration lawyer.
