Things that happened when I first started at my work that altered my brain chemistry/made me love work more

First day at work as I’m walking around being introduced to everyone boh, the boh assistant names me Melinda(my alternate persona)

Also on first day getting introduced to another assistant is told of the blood pact- period sisters between him and the female (ex)hr who was walking me around at the time

My (ex)trainer on prep noticed I was having trouble with the wraps and whispers to me in her sweet old black accent “Sweatheart it’s just like rolling a blunt”

Ma’am this is the holy chicken place I don’t think we can say that- (became my bestfriend when I first started)

On my first closing night by my self on my prep station the boh assistant left me a ‘You got this Melinda!’ Note in marker (it helped with my anxiety so much)

When the (ex)maintenance guy and (ex) pre trainer invited me for a blunt sesh during break-

No kidding on my like 10th day there was asked by one of the foh assistants if I was ‘emo’ or ‘goth’ because her and a few of the other coworkers were having a debate over it after called me emo and someone corrected her I was goth-

Mind you I’m standing there like 🧍🏻‍♀️in uniform like “I’m Sorry do I just give off that vibe?” The clocked me

When my dad(one of the mangers) clocked me for being kicked out of collage an that I was a panicked bisexual
