Once a spy serving for an anonymous organization. After getting into deep in his investigation, he was cursed into taking the form of a rat after he attempted to expose the truth.
Whenever he speaks the truth, he receives wounds that instantly heal, however left in permanent scars as a reminder of his plight.
So, he takes a vow of silence. Only being able to communicate with his hands and a snake tail that only speaks in lies.
