The Prophet ﷺ taught us that we should not wish to be like anyone except in 2 special cases:
1. The Generous Giver: Someone whom Allah ﷻ has blessed with money, and they spend it in good ways to help others.
2. The Wise Teacher: Someone whom Allah ﷻ has blessed with knowledge, especially the knowledge of the Holy Qur'an. They not only live by this knowledge but also teach it to others.
This means that instead of just wishing for what others have, we should aim to be generous and wise, using our blessings to help and guide others.

■ The Importance of a Spiritual Guide (Murshid) on the Path to Allah:
Sufis and Arifeen (gnostics) believe that a Spiritual student (i.e Salik, Talib-e-Haq, Talib-e-Maula, Seeker of Allah) must have a shaykh (Murshid, Ustadh, Mentor, Teacher) to lead him in his (Spiritual) progress (of Sulook, Raah-e-Haq, Spirituality) along a safe path amid worlds ofdesolate roads. I had two guides (Shaykhs) as a help to me at all stages... Wherever I stumbled, encountered a difficulty, or ran into a barrier, wherever a thorny or inscrutable matter arose, they intervened immediately and said:
"Keep going until you reach the end".

■ The Blessings of Sending Salawat upon the Prophet (ﷺ)
Allama Muhammad Anwar Allah Haidarabadi said:
The blessings of sending Salawat/Durood upon the Prophet (ﷺ) dispel poverty and hardship. Numerous doors of Rizq - sustenance open from the unseen realm. The one who recites Salawat draws closer to his ﷺ spiritual presence. Reciting Salawat purifies hearts like a Murshid and protects the afflicted from the pollution of sins and the evils of the Nafs. Its reward is akin to giving charity equal to mountains and freeing slaves. Salawat removes sins and increases the treasure of good deeds. The one who recites Salawat sees his place in paradise before death. In the terrifying hour of judgment, the one who recites Salawat will be shaded by the Divine Throne and saved from terror. Through the intercession and closeness of the Prophet (ﷺ), attainment of success and prosperity in the hereafter is made possible. The one who maintains the habit of reciting Salawat will be protected from the loneliness of the grave and find security from the wrath of the Almighty.

A man fasts from pure and halal food, but breaks his fast from evil and forbidden food - (that is, he does not refrain from eating his brother's flesh through backbiting!)

Istighfār (seeking forgiveness) before dawn is better than at other times:
{ وَبِالأَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ }
“And in the hours before dawn they would seek forgiveness.”
[Al-Dhāriyāt 51:18]
As for tasbīḥ (glorifying Allah), its virtue is equal in both night and day:
{ فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ }
“So glorify Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning.” [Al-Rūm 30:17]
الاستغفار بالأسحار أفضل الأذكار (وبالأسحار هم يستغفرون) وأما التسبيح فيستوي فضله ليلاً ونهاراً (فسبحان الله حين تمسون وحين تصبحون)

It is recommended to make duʿā for one’s grandchildren along with one’s children, even before their existence. The wife of ʿImrān, the mother of Maryam, said:
{ وَإِنِّي سَمَّيْتُهَا مَرْيَمَ وَإِنِّي أُعِيذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ }
“And I have named her Maryam, and I seek refuge with You for her and for her descendants from Shaytān, the outcast.” [Āl ʿImrān 3:36]

Believer should love a descendant of RasoolAllah (ﷺ) regardless whether they have done evil or good to you, simply because it brings sadness to the heart of RasoolAllah (ﷺ) to harm one of his children.
• Ibn Arabi ق
If a member from ahl al-bayt harms you then consider it an act of nature, like a tree branch falling on top of you, and that you should go on with your day.
• Ibn Arabi ق
But our concern here isn't with those who have faced injustice from ahl al-bayt, but rather it is with those who show animosity to a descendant of Rasoolullah (S) who has not done them any harm ... and more so when that descendant has the added light of Walaya Khassa and permission to guide through the Muhammadan Light.
Tawba astaghfirullah... Allah protect us and envelop us within His Mercy which is the Muhammadan Household, alayhim assalam!

Among the best acts on Laylat-ul-Qadr is reciting the Holy Qur’ān, because this night was made virtuous because of it, for in it the Holy Qur’ān was revealed.
من أفضل الأعمال في ليلة القدر قراءة القرآن, لأن الليلة فُضّلت بسببه, ففيها أُنزل

If there are people in your life who treat you poorly and make you feel like you are less than enough, or that you need to prove your worth in some way, keep your distance from them. Spend time instead with those who lift you up. Keep your heart attached to your Maker.
