I had already read up about his case quite a bit once the shooting happened, as he's in my state (Maine). And to be quite frank, we don't have a whole lot going on here.

I found out that the area he shot up I have actually been to in the past with my father. The shooting also happened around my grandparent's place before they moved

He's one of the few cases, much like Jeffery Weise, I actually have full sympathy for.

Jeffrey Weise Infopost

Jeffrey (Jeff) Weise, age 16, was responsible for the Red Lake High mass shooting in 2005. Killing 10 people (Including himself), and injuring 9 others.

The Shooting

On March 21st 2005, Jeffrey fatally shot his grandfather (Daryl Lussier, 58) 2 times in the head, 10 times in the chest while he was asleep in his bed. Jeff then moved onto his grandfather's girlfriend (Michelle Sigana, 32), fatally shooting her 2 times in the head while she was walking down the stairs with laundry.

Jeff then drove his grandfather's squad car into Red Lake High and proceeded to enter the main entrance, and went on to kill an unarmed security guard. The school then went on a full lockdown. He then approached a classroom. Taking note of the locked door, he shot through the glass of said door and unlocked in.

When he entered, Neva Rogers (a teacher at Red Lake) stated "God be with us!" upon seeing Jeff. She was then fatally shot. Jeff then stated to the students in the classroom; "If any of you believe in God, now would be a good time to call in a favor." He then approached the students, and asked "Do you guys believe in God?" (potentially a reference from 1999's Columbine shooting), a student by the name Chon'gai'la Morris replied "No". His life was sparred by Jeff.

Jeff then went on to ask other students the same question, "Do you believe in God?" Any student who hesitated, or responded "Yes." was fatally shot.

5 people were killed during this interaction. Jeff was cut off by the police arriving to scene. A shootout between the police and him started, causing Jeff to be shot three times in the lower back, right leg, and right arm. He retreated into the classroom once more, yelling "I have hostages!", then killing 2 other students, and himself soon after.

Jeffrey Weise's Personal Life Timeline

Jeffrey's parents were separated since his birth. His mother (Joanne Weise) was only 17 when she had Jeff on August 8, 1988. Her parents told her to give up Jeff to his father (Daryl Lussier Jr) who was 23, and living with his parents. After 2 years, Jeff get's put into his mother's care in Minneapolis. Jeff, later on in his life, would then go on and post online about his mother being abusive and an alcoholic during this time.

1992)

Jeff's mother started dating a new man who would 'allegedly' also abuse Jeff. The two would go on to have 2 children together, then get married in 1998. The couple would then move around constantly, forcing Jeff to continuously shift schools and houses.

1997)

A year before Jeff's mother and step father got married, his birth father committed suicide using a shotgun. Jeff's grandfather (sergeant of the tribal police) was there during the days long standoff with Jeff's father.

1999)

Jeff's mother got into an alcohol-induced car accident, causing severe brain damage. She was placed into a nursing home for rehabilitation, and Jeff was housed with his grandmother.

2000)

Jeff's mother and step father separate, however the custody arrangement only goes over the two children the 2 had together. The divorce finally goes through fully in 2004.

2002)

Jeff had to repeat 8th grade for bad grades. He was enrolled in a special education program (Learning Center). He was often taunted about this by other classmates.

2003)

Jeff's mother has healed enough to walk and pursue a part-time job. Jeff had a choice to move back in with his mother, but chose to continue living with his grandmother. On September of the same year, Jeff was enrolled into Red Lake High.

Jeff's grandmother claimed he had not been in school for 5 weeks before the shooting. Teachers explained Jeff as quiet and "a pretty bright kid, but … lazy when it came to school."

2004)

On May, Jeff had posted on "Above Top Secret" after a suicide attempt. He stated he had slit his wrist with a boxcutter, yet managed to live. The following month he would attempt suicide once again, sending him to a hospital away from the reservation. At Red Lake Medical Center they would then prescribe him Prozac. It was stated that his dosage was increased to 60mg a day just a week before the shooting.

As stated above, it's possible all that's listed from here are not accurate at all. However, on Jeff's LiveJournal page it shows Jeff was involved in a band. The link included is null and void now, however it still shows the name of said band was 6sik6. Going down the search results of this, only 1 channel on Youtube pops up under that name that hasn't posted since the shooting.

The channel was made on Oct 17, 2006. It has no uploads, however has 6 playlists, and a poem + 22 links to different sports team sites, and various far right sketchy political news sites.

The poem in the account's description is called "The Autumn Wind", a combination of musical score by Sam Spence and a sports-themed poem adapted for the 1974 Oakland Raiders season.

Örebro Mass Shooter, Rickard Andersson, might have uploaded the pictures of himself purposefully

All images, except for two, depicting the shooter so far was found uploaded on postimg.cc and freeimghost.net. They also cross linked to imgbly.com but those links are dead.

Most assume based on what we know that these were uploaded by Rickard himself.

They were uploaded 11 months ago. Most of them have information about where they were taken and what year they were taken which would make sense if you want to give the news images.

The image files call him Richard instead of Rickard which raises questions. I believe he might have regretted the spelling of his changed name, that would explain this.

I personally assume that he uploaded these the first time he thought he would commit the shooting. Something in my gut makes me feel that he was about to attack about 11 months ago but stopped himself at the time.

A thread titled I want to commit school shooting was posted 13 months ago at 02:31 am. The user is allegedly Rickard.

I want to commit a school shooting. It started when I saw a video about the Columbine school shooting. Then I got in contact with videos that made edits of the perpetrators, so-called "true crime edits". I then became obsessed and check daily edits about Columbine, Adam Lanza, Seung Hui Cho, Kosta Kecmanovic, Anton Lundin Pettersson, Pekka Eric Auvinen, Vladislav Roslyakov and more. I also like other mass shooters like Breivik and Elliot Rodger. Have also become obsessed with suicide and I like Shuaiby Aslam, Rina Palenkova and Marcus Jannes. Also like watching gore where people commit suicide on camera. I think this is due to my mental illness and the traumas that I have been exposed to at home and at school. I know that sooner or later I will end my life one way or another. I have a few things to take care of and will try to get a gun license once I get my finances in order. Hopefully I have already committed suicide by then, otherwise I'll shoot myself in the head or commit the school shooting. What should I do in my situation and does anyone have similar thoughts?

Two days later Rickard allegedly asks if he will be put on SÄPO's (Swedish Security Service) list (equivalent to being put on an FBI list) if he buys a replica AR-15 air rifle.

I would like to buy an AR-15 air rifle (copy). I intend to use it for shooting in my apartment. Is there any risk that I will get caught by SÄPO/the Swedish Security Service if I order the weapon? Maybe a bit suspicious to order a copy of an automatic weapon.

This thread was closed by a mod for being "A dumb bullshit thread" since the government doesn't care about air rifles. The thread should have raised questions about why this individual was paranoid about something as small as an air rifle, but it seems like no one ever thought that far.

To me it seems like he's fishing for an answer akin to "No you won't, that doesn't even happen for a real AR-15" without actually asking about a real AR-15.

About two and a half months later the same account posts this titled Committing suicide because of natural selection??

Should I commit suicide because of natural selection? I don't have the qualities required in society. My brain tells me that I should commit suicide, but I fight against it every day. Should I listen to my brain and respect natural selection and abandon society?

The last activity by the account happens April 2 on the forum's thread about the Vanda School Shooting in Finland.

This is the only time that account leaves a comment somewhere. He never answers the people who responds to his own threads.
