Finally brave enough to type this - you're like the only artist that draws Tenna the way closest to how I see him in terms of personality

You mix his kooky, pathetic has-been vibes and his controlling, mentally-unstable threat vibes so well. I really like seeing his whole "lord of TV world" side, the demanding, dangerous side, explored more - not to mention the fact you draw him physically hot imposing as well!

Anyways, I love your art - it brings a smile to my face everytime I see it on the #mr. tenna tag!

I AGREE WITH THE OTHER ANONS TOO your art has actually made me think a lot more about how truly villainous Tenna can become when he's desperate— He's a control freak; sure, due to trauma from abandonment by the people closest to him, but a control freak nonetheless. He's manipulative, he's spiteful, he can very quickly go from cheerful to pissed if things aren't going exactly as he wants it to; and your art captures that overlooked side of him very well and I really appreciate that.

tenna is so multifaceted and i appreciate observers willing to acknowledge those negative traits. ive been in fandoms for an ungodly amount of years, so im not surprised many people have clung to his pathetic/push over nature, but that portrayal is the reason i push out my art! he can be mean!

im glad my art can showcase that part of him. judging by the feedback, it seems like a lot of people enjoy seeing that part of him as well (especially when it isnt played off as a joke). but i def wanna draw the more silly aspects of him too cause he is a goofy guy too.

i worry a little i don't amp up his high energy enough but i think that's what makes him so fun, yknow? learning how to balance his negative and positive qualities, as well as his quieter and louder speech. toby did a phenomenal job with tenna but that's expected for a character who's been marinating since 2016.

people gotta appreciate him for the horrors!

I am here for petty, insecure Tenna, who 100% made a giant destructible head of his Ex and told teenagers to kill it. Who's reaction to being told his game show was getting old was to start zapping said teenagers with electroshock attacks until they answered in a way he liked. Who forced all the other darkners in his world to work for him under contract and threatened to take away their points, and according to the Mikes, would be very co-dependent and take his problems out on people if 'Mike' wasn't around.

I think folks understandably compere his worst moments to spamtons worse moments, which to be fair involved a lot more attempted murder, possibly successful in the snowgrave route. So tv man comes off as a lot softer and more remorseful. Plus his relationship with Kris and their family is a lot more personal. But Tenna only lost it all at the end of chapter 3, so we never get to see the same sort of long term crashout Spamton had. But I got the vibes the risk was there. Sorry ur art has given me the brainworms.

i think some people brush off how manic and dangerous he can get. ESPECIALLY when he is a dark world leader.
