Happiness. What makes me happy is seeing other people fulfilled. I find happiness in encouraging others. I love supporting dreams, talents, growth...I think that's why I love teaching yoga. Day 4: Side Plank Walk in Nature...today has been rainy ans foggy...so I led a class on the #solarplexuschakra to create our own sunshine! Day 3: Half Moon Pose Release and grow. I release the negative words that surfaced during my practice. I cannot grow if I don't allow myself to be vulnerable. I will not grow if I don't challenge my expectations of what i should look like in a pose. I release any expectations of what I think yoga should be. Growth comes from destruction. Day 2: Forward Fold Yoga lights a fire in my heart, my body,and my mind. This fold is difficult for me...my hips aren't incredibly flexible but I'm progressing every day.
