So....................the ruffle I spent literally the entire past two days making to finish the eighteenth-century cap that goes with my eighteenth century outfit............looks ridiculous and looks distinctly different than it's supposed to. And I wanted to wear the costume tomorrow night.

So. Fuck. What do I even do??? Do I remove the ruffle and just wear the cap without?? Try to make a better, smaller one with knife pleats instead of box pleats before tomorrow night?? Ditch the cap?? Ditch the costume altogether??

okay it’s not that pretty but in my defense I took apart a cheap glove and traced it. And the original was made of elasticy fabric while my remake is made of cotton. And it’s too small around the knuckles and wrist and forearm and elbow, but I CAN FIX THAT WITH INSERTS!!!!!!

Princess Zelda’s gonna be looking even better!!!

Finished the embroidery on the front of Legend’s tunic, after a year and a half of working on it very slowly!

………There’s a lot wrong with it, but I might be able to fix some stuff later.
