We’re a family now. A family with money!
The female friendship was what the movie was really built up on. And stripping – like life – can be a team sport or a solo sport. You see Destiny in that solo sport for a little while before she meets Ramona and gets taken under her wing, and then is there in the locker room with all these other girls.
And that sisterhood and that camaraderie is so important to their job and psyching each other up, but I think all of us actually. In a way it was a celebration of how we all have a collective experience even though we’re all different women. We all have different hurdles to get to jump over before we are all out of breath at the starting line.
I think there is a collective experience that I did want to celebrate and how much we can build each other up instead of tearing each other down.  — Lorene Scafaria

I see only my greatest hits. I see the things I want to remember, and be remembered for. That’s when I realize that certain moments go on forever. Even after they’re over they still go on. They are the meaning.
