What is the Appeal?

-Listen. Think about it. -They both have a sort of "trying to appear more mature than they actually are" thing going on. -Leo tries to act tougher than he really is throughout the game. -Lucina tries to shoulder the whole burdon of correcting the future herself, almost killing her possible mother for it. -Despite this they are both good hearted people.. and I think they should be partners. -AU where Lucina joins the Awakening Trio in Fates... -They would be really powerful together (trust).

What is the Appeal?

-They have very clashing personalities but despite the rocky start Inigo refused to give up on Gerome and managed to get him to laugh in their A support! -An entertaining wants-ladies-but-gets-none + wants-none-but-gets-ladies dynamic. -Catastrophic but very sweet..

What is the Appeal?

-Knight Princess x Divine Dragon... -Say'ri is fiercly devoted to Tiki and it's honestly so gay. -Comedic potential in the way Say'ri sees Tiki much more formally and higher than Tiki herself acts (as showcased in their Supports). -Say'ri calls Tiki "my Lady" -Also "Let me in, Say'ri." COME ON. -Tiki really wants for Say'ri to let loose around her, to be her friend aww

What is the Appeal?

-Healer x Doesn't take injuries seriously -Also Healer x Bloodthirsty. It's funny. -Their Support Conversation, while a bit lacking, is still very cute, with Henry helping Lissa's sleeping problems and them napping together. -They are (probably) similar in age which is pretty rare to say for ships including Lissa. -Their contrasting... views on morality(?) but similar personality (energetic/upbeat) make for a sweet dynamic. -Henry also makes a lot of sense as a father for Owain/FE Odin.

What is the Appeal?

-They are both artists and take their art/themselves more seriously than others in the army do. -In turn they seem to hold a lot of respect for the other and their art form. -Their support conversations follow Odin trying to summon a creature that Kagero drew, with Kagero cheering Odin on. -Their shared enthusiasm for the arts is adorable.

What is the Appeal?

-They are similarly bloodthirsty. -It is easy to imagine a what-if scenario where Peri ended up as Camillas retainer instead. -Their contrasting personalities - Peri being more playful and Camilla being more mature - make for a cute dynamic! -Come on, they look cute together.

What is the Appeal?

-Reina was Queen Mikotos retainer! -Maybe the Most Knight x Queen ship out of all fates ships -Queen Mikoto is a very peaceful ruler, and although Reina is bloodthirsty, almost sadistic, they had a close relationship. -Because of this clash of.. personal interests, it is fun to think about them being closer than their more professional knight and queen relationship. -Queen Mikoto is a very busy queen with a lot of worries, so having the "best listener in the army" by her side would benefit her tremendously (and just makes for a cute dynamic). -When Reina gets a little too excited you can imagine that Mikoto's influence and calm demeanor help to ground her.

What is the Appeal?

-Niles is Leos retainer! -Their personalities are very interesting to mix: Niles is a shameless sadist and Leo is much more mature and has a strange soft spot for pitiful people. -Their first meeting is also very peculiar: Leo spared Niles' life after he and his group of bandits stole from the castle but left Niles behind. -Niles seems to create a leg up for himself when he is with other people, usually by making them uncomfortable with his remarks. He always shows his respect and dediaction to Leo though. -A booksmarts (Leo) and streetsmarts (Niles) duo.

What is the Appeal?

-Hana is Sakura's retainer! -They are childhood best friends. -Hana is fiercly protective of Sakura and is easily annoyed by anyone who isn't her or training to become stronger at protecting her. -They are a princess-retainer ship. -Sakura has always healed Hana's injuries growing up. -Sakura is a very shy person but feels comfortable around Hana and even teases her a little in their support conversations!

Notes from the Submitter: -Hana is to Sakura what Oboro is to Takumi, only here it's canonically reciprocated. -If they weren't cowards, they would've allowed them to get S level support.

the Fire Emblem Ship OTD is Peri x Xander!

What is the Appeal?

-Peri is Xanders retainer! -Despite Peri being... Peri, Xander trusts her to protect him and do her job, so Xander sees Something in her that most other people don't. -Peri DOES happily carry out her job of protecting Xander and fighting on his orders! -In their Support Conversations, Peri is told to change her attitude and be more respectful. Xander tells her that he can help her talk more formally, but ultimately encourages her to be herself as that is how she feels most comfortable. -They balance each other out - Peri is very silly and carefree, Xander is very formal and serious.
