Day 15: Nightmare

Terms of Service

I require full payment upfront. Acceptable forms of payment are Ko-fi, PayPal, and Cash App. After receiving payment, I will draw up to 3 sketches with watermarks before settling on a final draft. If a final draft cannot be reached, an 80% refund will be issued. After the final draft has been approved, the commission is NONREFUNDABLE.

There will be 1 active commission slot at a time and I will have a waitlist for additional commissions. I will give the buyer an update during each phase of the commission process— line art, flats, and rendering. I can also give updates when requested. All updates will include heavy watermarks. After 48 hours, if the buyer has not contacted me in regard to an update, I will continue the process. If the buyer has commissioned a rendered piece, once the rendering process has begun, changes are very difficult to make. If the buyer I have created a public Trello page that will track open slots and the progress currently being made on an active slot. I will also keep the commission waitlist posted on my toyhouse account. This process keeps me as the seller accountable to you as the buyer.

Once the commission is done, there will be a single watermark. The commission can be used for personal use as long as the buyer credits my artwork. Personal use buyers cannot use my artwork for monetary gain. I retain the right to post all non-commercial work to social media under the fetusmouse brand. I may also use commissions to promote my work. Currently, I do not offer commercial work, however, if interested, buyers may contact my business email to discuss potential arrangements and pricing. You may not use my art for AI, NFTs, or Crypto related purposes.

Pricing

You may request drawings that include humans, furries, animals, gore, and nudity.

I am potentially open to drawing minor abusive dynamics between adults, but I retain the right to refuse any request for any reason.

I will not draw mechas and proshipping content that includes incest, underaged/pedophilia, feral/bestiality, extreme guro, or illegal fetish content.

Currently, I am not offering animation services.

If you have references of characters or poses, please provide them. I will be able to provide more quality work this way. Otherwise, please be very detailed and descriptive.

Adopts I design are currently set at a flat fee of $15. At this time, adopts are CASH ONLY. I do not accept other forms of payment. Adopts are first come first serve. Once the design is sold, it belongs to you.

Please credit me the first time you draw them. I would love to see where how they flourish under your care! The ownership of the adopt design is yours to use for commercial use if you would like, but please be transparent about your intentions regarding that. You can credit me for commercial usage of my designs, but you do not have to. However, do not use my designs for AI, NFTs, or Crypto related purposes. The original artwork cannot be used for commercial use. Please do not use my designs for open or closed species.

Please notify me before you sell adopts you have bought from me. I like knowing about their travels. I might buy them back! Unless it is an emergency sale or the seller is offering extra art, do not sell my adopts for more than you bought them for. That is just bad practice and if I catch this behavior, I will block you from further sales.

Do not use my designs in harmful or hateful ways. I will block and report you for that behavior.

Once a design is no longer within my ownership, I cannot control how people use them, but I encourage a safe environment within my spaces and my expectations are that those who engage with my spaces follow the same decorum.
