i was the anon who requested the seashell poll - it means a lot for my f/o and me since we live in the sea. thank you so much for making it, the shells you chose are all marvelous. it was hard picking one! Can i gush about my f/o? it's my first time talking about him, my beautiful husband Rafayel from love and deepspace. he's always here for me and i just love him so much. i wish a happy Sunday to everyone and that all of you get to spend as much time as you can with your f/o!

hi... i must gush .about my angel boyfriend hehe

he's just. mmg. he's so pretty and perfect and even though a lot of people think he's dumb he's actually not he just doesn't know a whole lot about humanity. and he's so so sweet and uggghhhhh i love him so much. it's gonna be a full year with him this october and im so excited.. we may or may not get married. probably will. we shall see

I'm not doing this anonymously because I've come to terms with the fact that, hell yeah, I'm a selfshipper, and anyone who thinks I'm a weirdo is free to block me!!!

but I just love my f/o so much. Like, YEAH he has no voice lines YEAH he has no backstory apart from being a janitor and YEAH he's pretty much supposed to be a fill-in for the actual player, but I LOVE HIM and he is my BOYFRIEND.

Every now and then we get some crumbs from the subnautica devs and it is now known that he's very silly 😋 very sassy 🤭

I thought he was just a blorbo but the au has tismed too hard and now I'm commissioning plushies of him o no—

I do think I selfship as a way of coping with my attachment issues and PTSD but that's cool because it means I get a fictional guy to concede in when I get upset

yahyah give it up for background blorbos!! honestly love the fact that there are so many niche selfships in the community. i think many of us would agree that it brings about a different type of happiness and comfort. having a f/o is so special <3. alsooo i don’t have a crazy amount of playtime on subnautica so this might inspire me to hop back on and check things out :3

INVITATION TO GUSH ABOUT F/O RECEIVED!!!!!! I've recently been trying to get more connected with my f/o (this blog has been one of those ways!) and I've started writing letters to him ☺️ it's such a great activity I really can't recommend it enough! I like drawing doodles in the margins for him haha. Eventually I want to maybe write his responses too, but maybe when I get a little more confident. Do you have anything that you use to feel closer to your f/o?

yes yes yes letters!!! i do this as well and it’s one of my favorite activities. i have a whole notebook dedicated to it. a lot of days i pick my outfits based on what i think he would chose for me and sometimes i make collages of potential outfits for him! same thing goes for meals/snacks throughout the day. picking things that i think he would be hungry for :)
