This is a Skystalker scout

if the info is too hard to read (which I wouldn’t be surprised) then these guys basically scope around the outskirts of towns, plot raids and report their findings back to their nests, where the other Skystalker can train and prepare these raids. Scouts are usually harmless and flee when confronted or spotted but in rare occasions, will attack.
