Ryou awoke to the blaring of his alarm clock. The incessant beeping, that ear-grating tone, was right beside him, the greenish glow of the clock's face nearly blinding him as he opened his eyes. What time was it...? Oh, yes, the clock read '06:00'. Six o'clock. Six o'clock? "I must've set this far too early..." He placed a tired, trembling hand on the alarm clock to silence it, and fell back asleep quite promptly, still sitting at his desk, the side of his face plastered to his anatomy textbook.
