A really old comic of my historical Zelda AU I made back in 2021, please read from right to left.

So this idea stems from the fact that in the games, BoTW Link pretty much sees his own memories from a third-person Point-of-View.

Attempted at visual metaphors on dissociation of his self-identity and yea water is fun to draw

#wip I promised myself I’d sit down and write the next chapter — I’ve been thinking about it so much — but instead, I’ve drowned in drawing, hardly taking a break. I exported all the finished layers into one file to see how it’s coming together — and I'm in love!! Now I just need to draw the final character of the triptych — Zelda… and I’m a bit nervous about it, since I started to hate my previous drawing of her older version, idk... I just really hope I won’t ruin the flow of what I’ve built so far.

Okay, I take it back — turns out I can draw Zelda just fine ^^

And honestly, if you're surprised by the quality of this image from some random artist — trust me, same here. I have no idea what came over me, but somehow I actually drew this... with my own two hands. Wild!! (Though maybe it’s because this is puppet Zelda, hehe)
