In the age of social media, Apple sucks. Seriously.
Not a single official post on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or anywhere. No blog. (Sorry Hot News does not count as a blog.)
Yes, Apple does have a YouTube channel... but comments are disabled. The message is controlled and the consumer is silenced.
No communication. No voice. No organic media.
Samsung has 18 million Fans on Facebook. 4.3 Million Followers on Twitter. They post great and engaging content every day. Samsung listens and interacts.
Apple is closed and arrogant. The consumer is tired and bored of corporate Apple.
How badly is the lack of a social media presence hurting Apple?

Should we be afraid of the social terrorist?
I am very happy that we caught that little shit. However, I am turbo concerned. Is this the beginning of the "social" terrorist? Consider how famous these fucks are now because of their actions? Prior to social, a murderer and his actions could be squelched. How many did they inspire and how can we argue against the next "terrorist" becoming just as "internet" famous?!?
