Rules of 1 week fasting:
Drink only water, diet soda and occasional low kcal smoothies.
Eat everything you want the day before you start so you don’t feel guilty or become tempted
Workout twice, daily
Don’t eat under ANY circumstances and if you have to pretend, so be it
From hiding food to throwing it up, DO NOT let anyone know what you are doing. DO NOT give them a reason to be suspicious or concerned.

LITTLE TIP FOR ALL MY OTHER REXIE PALS:
You guys should invest in something called Shirataki or Miracle Noodles! I just ordered a bunch in the mail and they are fucking delicious!!! They range from 30 to 0 calorie meals depending on the type of noodle it is. They come in packets like ramen and taste good yet have no effects except go in and come back out (aha stinky poopy)
So if you guys are down, spend like 20 bucks on Amazon to get a 10 pack of something like

All you gotta do is crack two egg whites in a mug

I wanna start to follow this more or less.. I have all the food necessary!
25/04/20
breakfast:
 30g kellog’s special k red berries cereal = 113 calories
 100ml(ish) alpro unsweetened almond milk = 13 calories
breakfast total = 130 calories (rounded up)
lunch:
25g baby leaf spinach = 8 calories
100g banana = 81 calories
 80g strawberries = 25 calories
  50ml alpro unsweetened almond milk = 7 calories
lunch total = 120 calories
dinner: 
sweet potatop tiki masala = 300 calories
dinner total = 295 calories
daily total = 545
overall, i’m pretty happy with myself today even though i did go 45 calories over. I went for a walk ( which i forgot to time :/ ) so i’m hoping that burned off most of the 45 extra calories. I managed not to snack at all which i’m pretty bad for, hopefully i can keep it up. green tea is also amazing for supressing appetite!!

it’s 14:36 and all I’ve had today is is four bites of rosotto and tea. my dad is making chicken for dinner which I don’t enjoy or like so I will be eating very little 😖🤚 excited to feel my stomach grumble..
