A soft shuffle. There's the faint flutter of feathers and, sure enough, the little Prince comes into full view.

"... Very."

Dinner had been light and, as result, he was feeling a little hungry now. Amusingly, his snake tail is still asleep despite the movement from the boy.

Ears twitch a bit, craning his head to glance at the wall, taking note of the shadow there before he flips over the sandwich, and takes out two plates.

✥✧∘* "Hungry?" He asks in the direction of the Prince, acknowledging his presence.

The smell of food typically draws more than just pests: Children are another possibility. That being proven by the patter of feet and a certain Prince peering around the corner to look into the kitchen.

Hm. Is anyone going to fault him for having the late night munchies? Because he's making grilled cheese and meat sandwiches right now in the hotel.

I just... Lucius loves his family, okay? He does.

That's why he tries to do so much even though he's only ten. He loves his father, sister and mother and tries his best to help and keep things going as smoothly as possible.

And if that means helping his father with self-care or aiding Charlie with the hotel or anything else, then so be it.

Literally Lucius is the one that makes sure Lucifer's depression doesn't tear him down too much, physically.

In that he's the one that makes sure his father has eaten at least once daily, and the one that reminds his dad to go and take a shower-- that it'll help him feel better.

And no, he doesn't resent Lucifer for any of this. He just wants to make sure his dad is okay.
