Starting with my favourite Disney princess, Robin Hood.

And then Gil and Hakunon from Extra CCC. Gil somehow has all of my favourite sprites from any Fate media. I try to redraw them and I fail miserably, but at least I'm having fun. And Hakunon is too precious to be left out. So here they are.

And then Diarmuid being treated like the babygirl he is. And Artoria living her best life as well

And then switch to something more moody incomes... Yeah, this artdump is all over the place. Anyways, I really like Sanson. A lot. I'm weak to bright blue eyes, long coats and characters deeply intertwined with death.

i assumed the 'what sin do you relish most' image set was just your typical dadaist "its funny when a long diatribe about something stupid/broadly-disagreed-with is imposed on an image set of unrelated characters" type of joke image but op of that post IS an actual tradcath and DID post it unironically. which im not sure if it makes the whole situation funnier, stupider, worse, or all 3

As someone who handles cigarettes often (fancy way to say convenience store cashier)I am somewhat uniquely qualified to tell you that cigarette companies are scummy as shit. I remember one time a Newport representative came by and was looking through all the cigarettes, adjusting some signs, etc. Then they talked about how Lucky Strikes had a deal that they were the cheapest a brand was allowed to be (free market amiright) at our store chain, and then they told me that if anyone was complaining about the price of cigarettes I should recommend the Lucky Strikes. That is, unless they were complaining about the prices of Newports, in which case I was asked to not say anything at all. I know it's anecdotal more than anything, but it just felt uniquely scummy to hear such a request outright.

I keep entering a loop where I watch gameplay of Subnautica, go "wow that's really cool I wanna play that", boot up my Xbox and start playing it, get super lost because my sense of direction is terrible, get skilled diffed by a reaper at the mountain island or near the Aurora, and then get too scared to continue playing.

Right now I'm at the "wow that's really cool I wanna play that" stage

Oryou constantly floating behind Ryouma aside, I imagine anyone first meeting them wouldn't expect the two of them to be so close. They don't feel like the public displays of affection type, and while their banter is great, Oryou's teasing does come across in a very dry way and Ryouma tends to just calmly go along with it. I can just imagine Ritsuka telling a new summon about the events GudaGuda6 and them being shocked by how passionate the two of them can be for one another (before Oryou bites Ritsuka for telling the story)

But yes yes yes to all of this. Their relationship is something really only for them to understand, outsiders be damned!.

There’s actually a really interesting video on the entomology of “wife” in Japanese and there is one thing I find the video touches on is SUPER interesting (beyond the fact that wives were called ‘mountain goddesses’).

In the video, the speaker mentions how a stereotypical Edo couple would have a wife who berates her husband for not doing enough, much in the same way Oryou does here (and in so many of her other voicelines).

With this, the Sakamotos appear to be a modern interpretation on a stereotypical Edo couple. So the reason it looks strange to us is because they’re acting like an Edo couple out of the 1860s!

I love how varied and universally weird the circumstances for making lifelong friendships are. Here's this guy I accidentally messaged once and I could not imagine my life without them now. Here's this girl I was so scared of when I met her, I would kill for her and remind her to rest on the regular. Here's this other guy we have so much in common we used to joke we were the same person in different timelines. It took us years to meet in person and I attended his wedding. There are also people who entered my life in absolutely unremarkable ways but changed it forever for the better. It's wonderful how easy it is to find people to love.
