It actually pisses me off so much that there are people who blame Luomen for Lakan and Maomao not having a relationship

Lakan deserved better yes, and it's very unfortunate he didn't get to be a father, but that is NOT Luomen's fault, it's Lakan's own father's fault. Lakan does not blame him, so who the hell are you to blame Luomen?

Luomen also undoubtedly cares for Lakan, so much so that Luomen appreciating Lakan makes Maomao jealous, he'd be the last person to actively deny Lakan a relationship with Maomao.

Maomao pushes him away because along with her natural introversion and Lakan's first impression scaring her, she's been so traumatized by Fengxian that getting away from the Verdigris house and Luomen being able to make her feel safe and comfortable was the best environment for her at the time. She wasn't ready for another change then.

JJK itself is overall good and I liked the presence of Maki, Toge, & Gojo in both stories but any arc that Yuta had post JJK0 just didn't carry the same emotional weight as his love for his horrifying dead evil monster GF who was ruining his life.
