This is kind of what I feel like Irulan’s vibe with Paul will be on some level in messiah (or at the very least think this)

if I had a nickel for each time I've been obsessed with the dynamic between characters played by Timothee Chalamet and Florence Pugh in a show I'd have 2 nickels. Not much but it's weird that it happened twice.

The adult timeline Amy and Laurie scenes are defined by Amy reverting back to her younger self.
It starts when they're first reunited in Europe. Amy gets one glance of him and suddenly she's little Amy again. It's not even conscious to her. All it takes is for her to see him and all the fine manners, painting lessons, time spent with Aunt March and courting Fred is gone. Nothing else is there. It's just Amy and Laurie again. Because she loves him, as she's always loved him.
The second time little Amy comes out, she is fully aware of it and she hates it. Laurie tells her not to marry Fred, and suddenly she's little Amy who has always loved him again, but this time it's not just her and Laurie — Fred and Jo are there, too. It's not a complete but temporary moment of her going back to little Amy this time, it's a reminder that little Amy never left her. That she hasn't been able to shake her, even with how hard she's tried. And her anger at Laurie's actions isn't just because she feels he's settling for her after Jo turned him down, but because Laurie has known her since she was a child, and it's absolutely absurd to her that someone who knew her back then could love her truly. Someone who's witnessed every embarrassing stumble as she made her way through life, someone who saw her playact as a fine young lady before she knew how to be one for real.
And then the final time, Amy is aware of it and she embraces it. Fred is gone and Beth is dead and so she doesn't have enough strength in her to be anything more than little Amy. Laurie is there to accompany her home, and she doesn't hold back, tells him that she doesn't despise him, because little Amy never could. Because right now, what she needs is the comfort of someone who knows her completely, who's known her since childhood. And as the script says, we know that Laurie sees her and loves her. He catches her face in his hands and kisses her. It's when Amy fully embraces her younger self that they finally get together. This is the way it was meant.

Irulan peers at the landscape below through Chani’s eyes. Though she knows the desert well, it must be a strange perspective, looking at the familiar from above, at a distance. Irulan herself feels something shifting as she gains a new view. Even from a similar angle, she’s struck by how different this place seems from when she first crossed through its atmosphere, beside her father. This time around, she can see the desert in a better light, learning to appreciate its stark beauty, what sets it apart. Still, she knows it only from a birds-eye view, without the intimacy of walking the sands.
The balance has shifted, with the addition of Chani. Paul takes both women along for a flight over the desert. Later, Irulan observes as Chani wrestles with her own altered role.

I just need timmyflo to give me one project where they’re married in an extremely loving and affectionate normal romantic relationship with zero second choice allegations (we love and respect you so bad amylaurie, they will never get you like I do) and also made by a director that doesn’t hate romance (we still love you greta)

Well nothing about Adrien winning is the ideal timeline but everything went according to plan, the best actor timothee campaign for dune messiah is now!
how do we ensure timothee doesn’t get the oscar this year so that colman can rightfully get it and timothee can rightfully earn his when he gets a nomination for best actor in dune messiah? Like how do we secure the ideal timeline?

I really do think florence has been timothee’s best scene partner and vise-versa, chemistry wise. I don’t know what it is about them but they just pull/get something out of the other. Everyone will know what I mean when Dune: messiah comes out but just know I’ve been #here
